There are more factors taking place than just the "low-carb diet" thing. First: the cows have produced less milk this year because of low nutritious food (a consequence of the summer). Second: a company named "Tine" has monopoly in the dairy marked (I know, it's fucked up!). Other dairy companies can't get their products in the store shelves because the prices are to high. Third: media writes that you can stay healthy by eating butter, and the people obeys. I'm a Norwegian...
