hey this might help ya :P

the intro to long way to the top *if ya wanna rock n roll* is actually open on the 2nd,3rd and 4th string but you quickly slap on an A major chord and then off again, malcolm does this while constantly palm muting the bottom E string, and plays it inbetween A chords,

take a look at solodallas' a long way to the top ryhthm elements,

oh and good luck with the ROCK and you're really damn cute :D
