Squirrel Girl has got to be the most weirdest and strongest marvel character in the Marvel Series. If you didnt know she has defeated Doctor Doom, Mandarin, Giganto, MODOK, Thanos, Terrax, Bug-Eyed Voice, Bi-Beast, Deadpool, Pluto, Fin Fang Foom, Baron Mordo, Korvac, Ego the Living Planet

Just recently discovered "Squirrel Girl" and I can say in all honesty this has destroyed my childhood love for MARVEL comics. How stupid of a character is this..?? SQUIRREL GIRL!! REALLY!!??!! She summons fucking squirrels!!??!! Monkey Joe and Tippey Toe...REALLY!!?? FUCK MARVEL.. Now I'm glad DISNEY bought Marvel! I hope they make a cartoon called "Mickey's Jail House Friends" and all the X-Men are shanked and raped anally on a daily basis by Fucking Goofy !!!! ...DC just got a new fan.

@jhowell051 The point of Squirrel Girl is that she's a Silver Age God Mode Sue. Sure, she'll be shown to mop the floor with Dr. Doom or Thanos or Fin Fang Foom, but that's part of the joke. She shouldn't mess up any of the stories that you enjoy, anymore than Deadpool's antics will mess up the stories of heroes who DON'T realize that they're part of a comic book. If you don't like Squirrel Girl pwning the universe, it's easy enough to enjoy Marvel while pretending she doesn't exist.

@BaronGrackle She is canon. She works as Luke Cage and Jessica Jones' nanny and has a murky past with Wolverine.

So she can be read either as a parody or straightforward Marvel 616 character. She's been portrayed both ways.

Kinda like Deadpool, I guess.
