Not sure about the tab for the intro, I just watched it and it was pretty easy to pick up. The chords for the chorus are:

Em: 022033

C2: x32033 G: 320033 D: xx0323

Just repeat as many times as you play the chorus. I mute the high E string (the thinest string) when I play because it sounds fuller to me, but that's preference.

The recorded version has a lot of background fill but if you listen to the acoustic in the recording his strumming pattern is pretty much dead on in this vid.
