The Blue logo is used on PAL region consoles (Europe, Australia, etc.) only. the NTSC region (USA, Japan, etc.) consoles have the red/orange logo.

EXACTLY DUDE i have an opinion would you agree on it? now if it were sega to make another console they should had i mean come on they should have been like well since ps2 is in the lead maybe we should make a new system like maybe a new dreamcast so it can compete with ps2 but in my opinion i think they should had made another console at that time!

Most successful logos could be called "cheap" Look at the msot successful and well known logos, McDonalds for example, just a yellow M, they are simple, but that's why you remember them and why a brand becomes so successful.
