I still have them. I also forage for 90% of my edible flora, wildcraft for 95% medicinals, hunt game for meat, fish & trap for my seafood. I'm proficient enough...

If I can't make a shot in the neck through the spinal cord I won't bother trying. Although I don't have the license I help a friend fly his plane when we're flying more than an hour anywhere and can land, as well as take off, in his twin-engine otter (LOVE flying that plane!).

With all that the Florida wilds has to offer It's actually easier to survive here than in any other state, as long as one realizes there are a lot of things here (both flora & fauna) that can kill you as well. However, as long as one knows what to be aware of and stays alert to their surroundings one can actually thrive out here. I do and I love every minute of it!
