wie kommt ihr auf 7,5s? bei 0:05 startet er, bei ca. 0:13 sind es ECHTE 100km/h, also um die 9s, was auch in etwa der werksangabe entspricht. 7,5s wäre ja schneller als der 160psler lol.

The arrow jumped from 0 to 50 in an instance and while spinning wheels: yeah, right. 7,5 seconds from a 122hp my ass. You're either cheating or missing to mention remap or other improvements you made. A modern 1.4 turbo car in that class needs about 180 bhp to go around 7,5. Believe me, I have one. Yours is more around 10 seconds (as by the way the official specs say).

@R34drifterR34 You claim to have beaten the factory given 0-100 time with more than two seconds. 2 seconds is A LOT. You can gain 0,5 seconds if you are alone in the car, minimum gasoline, some very sticky tires and skillful driving. Maybe down the road and with some heavy back wind you could even gain 1 second. But 2+ seconds? And the arrow literally jumps from 0 to 50 - wtf? You obviously have some trick that you forgot to share so yes, I don't believe you and don't care weather you care :)

It's a 122bhp alright! i have one myself. 1st and 2nd gears really kick you back. these are the wonders of TSI.

122 thp can reach 60 in 1st gear ;), but yeah true, its the 160 thp version, i have 1,4 tsi, this one is on 100 in 8 sec, my 122 about 9-10 so its can be the 122

too much wheel spin for launch control, and you need and Automatic gearbox where as on the video you can really hear him slamming the gears on... still a fast 0-100

look at the other 122hp video or 160..

it's not 122 hp but 160 because you cannot reach 100 km/h in 2nd gear with 122 hp version....and 60 km/h in 1syt gear....

Not true mate. You can just reach 100 kmh (on speedo) in 2nd. I have had the Golf VI 122hp for 3 months now. Amazing little engine. Drives like a modern well engineered 2.0l thanks to its low end torque. 200 newton at 1500rpm is very good for a small petrol engine and you can keep it going up to 6000rpm. No diesel on me :-)

@digiman77 I have the same too.. torque is more than plenty until 4500 rpm but after that it gives less than an atmospheric engine.however you can overpass very quickly and safely.. you just don't have to go after 4500.very easy and relaxing to drive in every condition..just how a car should be.

@showdlab dude do u have the car, if u ahave the Golf 6 tsi version 122 ps, it does, i have the car, i have gotten it to 103 km, with 6100 RPM, so if u have the car, u cant drive, thats the reason that u dont belive the video!

oder auf gut deutsch, es ist möglich im 2. gang 100 zu erreichen. ich hab auch den 1.4 tsi mit 122 ps. man erreicht es natürlich nicht, wenn man schon bei 5000 rpm schaltet ^^ ... aber es macht meiner meinung nach eh kein sinn den motor über 5500 umdrehungen zu bewegen, da ist man im höheren gang besser dran.

That was an awesome run - considering you were also using a manual. Looks like you did it in under 8 sec.

If the gearing was "just right" & 2nd gear could run up to 100km/h then I'm sure you would have done it in low 7s if not high 6. The gear change cost you (but then you wouldn't get the same economy)

Was braucht das Auto wirklich an benzin? zum teil lese ich dass man wirklich den herstellerverbrauch braucht und andererseits gibts leute die sagen er braucht 8,5 liter!! das wäre schon sehr kaufentscheidend für mich..

Top 215 kmh ? Never... I have a Seat Leon 1,4 TSI 125 HP, its top speed is 197 kmh (on the speedo 210). The 160 HP version can reach 218 kmh

@Banderius79: The Golf is 3km/h faster because of the better aerodynamics. Top speed is 200 but thats underrated, because i reached over 225km/h on the speedo. (214 on the gps)

@r3vX1990 insofern du ihn nicht am steuerteil auf machst, ist bei 220 tacho feierabend. das nennt man abriegeln. sieht man auch schön am verbrauch, dann sind es bei vollgas keine 20,x l mehr sondern nur noch was um die 13 l.

ich hab vorhin die 232 kmh lt tacho gefahren. nur das steuerteil ist eben nicht mehr im werkszustand ^^

250 wird er nicht schaffen denke ich, dafür hat er in den drehzahlen zu wenig leistung.

@r3vX1990 ich konnte ihn berg ab noch nicht ganz testen, da ich noch n paar probleme mitn ladedrucksensor hab. und um mir den spielzeugturbo nicht gleich zu schlachten, mach ich erstmal vorsichtig, bis der fehler nicht behoben ist. und dann werde ich mal die 240 anstreben (bergab versteht sich von selbst ^^)
