I always thought finnish bands like Children Of Bodom, Stratovarius, Naildown, Diablo, Hanoi Rocks (kinda), Moonsorrow, Poisonblack, Sentenced, Some Sonata Artica, The 69 eyes, Turisas, Twilightning, Twilight Guardians. Were good bands........

finnish bands suck? teräsbetoni is awesome and sonata arctica is one of my absolute favourites. stratovarius, nightwish, ..... i dont know which finland you live in but the one i know is home of the most awesome metal bands ever ( and sweden is also awesome in matter of metal ^^)

you are correct. finland also has HIM and Children of Bodom! but i could se you forgot to mention Norway, we have Dimmu Borgir, Satyricon and many more. It's the northern Europe who has the best metal bands. No DOUBT!
