I have suffered with migraine's all my life.... I now take Magnesium Citrate daily... 200mg in the morning with breakfast, 200mg at night with dinner.... not had one FOR A YEAR !!! I HIGHLY recommend trying it
Chocolate is a trigger. If I eat certain types on chocolates I will get a migraine the next day for sure. I found that pistachio nuts are a big trigger for me too as well as food high in gluten. I take Initrex when I get one and it works great.
I get them every couple of days for around 2 weeks every 2 -3 years. They only happen in the winter months late morning/early afternoon. I think they must triggered by weather change or atmospheric pressure. I hate them!!!
This is a great idea. To keep a journal. I used to do this and have not for some time. I have started having migraines again after about a year or two of having very few, or none. I am dissabled by them. I just looked up migraine here at youtube for the first time today. Very interesting how many people suffer. This is BS. MSG/glutamates out of all food now!
They say the 'experts' now say chocolate isn't a trigger, but MANYYYY migraine sufferers disagree. Uh, yeah I disagree. It's a trigger. I wish it wasn't :(
i get auras for six hours before a migraine its really scary for me because its not that i see things evrything just goes fuzzy and then black i can barely stand and i cant hear or talk i have to grab onto people but once i grabd my frends boob by mistake (i cudnt tell obviusly) it was hilarius thanx for the info can migraines cause weight loss or fat intolerances?? i just lost 5 pounds in a week so im worried
This series of videos is really helpful. Migraine auras without the headache are quite scary when you don't know what they are. And if you have only the auras, thank your lucky stars! I have watched relatives with really bad attacks: vomiting, being prostrated in a darkened room for hours. Nasty.
godd, i get them around my period... no way to stop that really...

This is a well know among migraine sufferers. Triggers!
Don't take this lightly. Keep a diary and this is the best way to find out what is part of the source of your headaches.

how about shock or trauma, can that leads to a migraine? Its like confusion not knowing the exact fear, and exhausted panic. Even my chest hurt.
