To all of you that want veins like that, good luck. Vasculairy and veins are also genetics. Some people are just more genetically gifted with the amount of veins there body displays. Look at Paul Dillet. Granted with a good diet and cardio you can become vascular, but if you werent born with thick veins across your chest, you cannot magically develop them. Bodybuilding is SO much genetics!
