Actualy steroids increase the amount of red blood cells in your body by 40% thus bodybuilders gain large veins through the overuse (megadosage) of roids, i think this is why most bodybuilders have heart problems in their 40-50's because the viens collapse and the heart no longer functions properly.
If you notice when he does a front double bicep, his left bicep is way more veiny than his right bicep. No matter how hard he diets, his right bicep will never get the amount of veins his left bicep has. Genetics!

Look at Paul Dillet. Granted with a good diet and cardio you can become vascular, but if you werent born with thick veins across your chest, you cannot magically develop them.
