  • Do we know what the sad mucic is?

  • @clashpaper The song is called "Radio" from Terminator 3 score.

  • @TopanStarwalker Thank you :) x

  • @TopanStarwalker Actually, its not as powerful by its self. Prefer that one from Halo, IMO.

  • Man I love this scene I wish there was more of the bunker. I have one near me thats been converted into a tourist attraction, still has all the 60s equipment and geiger counters and all that. Its super cool.

  • I would think Skynet would start jamming shortwave (USAF HF) as fast as it took down digital satellites. Basically the best thing is to have Hardened computer systems (HERF/EMP) not attached to any networks (i.e. Battlestar Galatica). Then the only way to compromise the system is physical access. When someone has physical access to a system all bets with security are off. With Supercomputers Hitting past the PetaFlop marker it will only be a matter of writing the initial Code to start the AI.

  • @icegryphon 30 petaflops is when computers can outperform the smartest genius'

  • Is this real? Was Donald Camping right? Holy Crap!

  • No electricity, no cyber takeover, no nuclear warheads = We win :)

  • this is what happen if human relying too much on technology.

  • This is what is going to happen the day after SOPA gets passed

  • @ThePandemic101 the answer my friend is blowing in the wind

  • Comment removed

  • THIS IS JOHN CONNOR CRYSTAL PEAK.

  • Forgive me, but could someone answer or disprove something someone told me. When John says it was software, I was told that in the book it was basically the Internet itself becoming self aware. Is that true?

  • this movie dosent deserve the hate it gets. its not bad, just not as good as terminator 2

  • I hate happy endings.

  • For those who say this John Connor doesn't seem like the one in the future war scenes in T2, let me ask you: how do you think any messiah figure becomes that man? Do you think he is born that way or becomes that figure over time? This John Connor is like his mother in T1: like a rabbit in headlights. Remember what Sarah was like back in T1. He is also like Kyle Reese. Both John's parents very compassionate, kind-hearted people. Both were sensitive and unassuming. The actor does a great job

  • I hate sad endings!

    WORST...ENDING..EVER!!!!

  • @antsman88 The ending saved this movie. From 84 to 03, with the technological advances, it was a pretty poetic ending.

  • @antsman88 totally agree :) bad movie in general, but i relly think this ending made the "trilogy" full circle

  • @benzzuk1 Absolutely!

  • My favourite part of this is that Kate Brewster being John's wife seems the most natural thing in the world and yet at the beginning it seemed totally unlikely.

  • As depressing as this ending might be to some it actually makes sense. If they had really stopped judgement day then Kyle Reese would have never had to have been sent back in time to stop the first termninator. Therefore, he would have never have got Sarah Connor pregnant which would mean that John Connor also would have ceased to exist.

  • @MrTripp1977 That means since John's existence was essential, Judgement Day needed to be endured and survived

  • @MrTripp1977 In order to start the war it had to create itself. Skynet must have known its Terminators would fail and still sent the back in time for the war to begin in the first place........its an infinite loop, like a boomerang that always comes back....

  • @MrTripp1977 you are talking about time paradox mister. we could write a book about it. so, anything was possible

  • @MrTripp1977

exactly, john conor being alive is the proof judgement day would happend

  • @MrTripp1977 what? *head explodes* time travel is confusing as fuck

  • Terminator Salvation kicked this film's A**

  • @antsman88

purty mush the only saving grace of the film...the world friggin' ends.

And then McG had to go and destroy the great setup and misuse Christian Bale and a great cast in T4, lawdy lawdy.

Someone call back Cameron to put a decent cap on his franchise (Avatar was garbage anyway).

  • I must have down syndrome since I didnt think that this movie was bad

  • @ClinchFighter911 What? Its not the best to respond to a comment on youtube a year after its made, then you lose the entire argument and I am not reading what I put

  • such a bad ending

  • @Cpnowys1awsome i don't want to sound like a troll or anything but i would like to know why you don't like this ending, was it about the software thing? i thought the ending cinematography, effects, and especially the music was amazing

  • one of the best, saddest, and kind scariest endings.

  • hate this movie....gives the first two a bad name :( they shouldve stopped after T2 because the series was complete with two films

  • Skynet need norton antivirus

  • Say what you want about the rest of the film, it is pretty terrible, but i genuinely love this ending. Thought it was brilliant, just a shame everything leading up to this point was so bad.

  • The last words he said, i always think about that before i go to the gym, never give up, the battle has just begun.Works for me.

  • This is why people suck. Let's make weapons that could possibly destroy the world one day. What a great idea

  • @BuckeyefanHill33 Exacly good point who would come up with the idea of and xplosion that is neary as big as tokoyo ? huh

  • So it's apes or machines hmm....

  • Whats scary is that this could happen...

  • @SeriousEdge1 Yeah we all know that terminators from the future will go back in time, and that, a supercomputer will be able to take over all of our nuclear silos, (Which, might I add, have an emergency shut down), and launch all of our missiles, at ourselves, well done! You sure thought that one through.

  • @ThePandemic101: I'm talking about computers being hacked and used against us to fire our own missiles and start nuclear war with other countries, you idiot. Perfect example, War Games. Enquire more before you make bad judgements.

  • @SeriousEdge1 They still have emergency shut downs, do you think you can just walk in to a nuclear silo, and punch a few keys on a computer and bam, you can launch every missile in the country? It doesn't work that way buddy.

  • bad movie great ending

  • @johnnydoggworth 100% correct. It could have been really good. Plot holes you could drive a truck through.

I like the TV show idea that the T-1001 could think for itself and wouldnt necessarily listen to Skynet.

  • @habs4life i f*ckin lol'd

  • they have to make a terminator 5! NOW!!!

  • This is awesome ending,it is shame that rest of the movie is way to funny.

  • A poignant, even beautiful ending which I didn't expect to see in this film.

  • This movie was awesome but set the bar low

Compared with the other two. It still has some of that terminator feelin in it

  • like his speach thumbs up if u agree

  • 1:35 i would shit in my pants if this really happend

  • I don't know about the rest of you but if there's anything in 2012 I'd be afraid of destroying the world its this. Nukes exist guys; not an imaginary planet, not a supervolcano that probably won't erupt in our lifetime, not a magnetic pole shift that won't kill us. We can easily do it to ourselves, so if there's anything about the possible end of the world you should be afraid of its this.

  • marenet takes over :'o

  • lock and load motherfucker

  • guess what, we can actually create an AI system like skynet .. afterall, the internet was built as a counter in the case the cold war become hot.. communication, = knowledge = power. We really are fools.. we create technology no longer for necessity, but for amusement and entertainment. Heck, the methods of power generation hasnt changed since the steam = turbine method.. sad.

  • Made me cry again :( and just this clip! ;_;

  • Terminator 4 was so crap compared to this.

  • i can't say life goes on for this one

  • Climax moment of the movie:

    "Who's in charge?

    ...

    "I' AM" U.U

  • So... what's gonna happen now? Fallout 1, 2 ,3? Apocalypse Now?

  • I WANT THIS IN HD LIKE THE OTHER VIDEO thats in 1080p on youtube DAMNIT.

  • sky net= apple LOL!

  • @dudewild More like Watson is the precursor to Skynet.

  • This is the only clip that have both audio and music.

  • This song reminds me what humans are fighting for. Life, Freedom and even existence. It shows that we humans can create anything, even these machines but then fight to the last man to protect what we created. LIVE

  • i dont know how you guys arent a little scred of this becuase THIS CAN REALLY HAPPEN. Nukes exist guys, these are nukes!

  • @wordpresslikewierd

Yes, launched by human authorities. Not computers.

  • @wordpresslikewierd yea i dnt think a computer can become self aware and take over all electronics im posotive tht will never happen

  • @itinkgirlzhot12 i think ti can happen, i think they can learn if made that huge

  • i really don't know why people hated T3.it wasn't as good as T2 sure but it was still great.at least give it to this awesome ending

  • this was the best part of the movie sigh depressing but i like added emotion and meaning for some reason reminds me of children of men

  • such a depressing ending.

  • could you actually imagine being a missile commander in a launch control bunker or on a trident missile sub and the missiles all of a sudden arm themselves and the computers that control them in the bunker and subs initiate the launch sequences and the missiles launch without you punching in the codes and turning the launch keys.

  • Comment removed

  • @CandyHam It had only begun because they still had to destroy/survive the Terminators Skynet unleashed to mop up the human survivors, that's why! Never saw the first 2 movies or something?

  • @CandyHam You don't know the history from Terminator series, do you?

The so called "end of the world" was really just the beginning.

  • Looks like southside Chicago to me.

  • by the time facebook became self-aware, it had spread into millions of computer servers across the planet. ordinary computers in office buildings, dorm rooms, everywhere. it was software, in cyberspace. there was no system core. it could not be shut down. judgment day: the day the human race was nearly destroyed by the social network they built to amuse themselves.

    FUCK FACEBOOK

  • @habs4life9 DAMN!!! this is 2 funny

  • Comment removed

  • @habs4life9 true that man i HATE facebook so much i got rid of mine because it ruined my life and hopefully someday people will realize what it has done to you when you check it three four five times a day...what is our society coming to...well you know what i say i say keep on living your life before facebook...you still got your phone to contact your REAL friends who care about you the most...get busy living or get busy dying thats god damn right...

  • @RebelGuy10100 I'm sooo fucking luckly that i never touched FACEBOOK.

They always reccomended to join & i always said FUCK FACEBOOK i stay in Youtube.

  • @LOKBLUDOM3N i know it was so addicting until it started taking over my life...thats why i had to delete it...FOREVER

  • @habs4life9

Thank you! Somebody else realises that website is beginning to dominate the Internet world.

  • @plusplusplusplusp

It's a govt-private sponsored website - you give them all your info and tell them everyone you know, your work history, your interests and potential political affiliations and presto - privacy is gone.

The gov't cannot illegally obtain your info - but, there's no law against a private group selling your info you willingly give them.

People are so ready to give up their personal info it's nuts.

  • @savagegalt

I don't trust a website run by a billionaire who makes a public speech implying that he doesn't believe in privacy (look that up).

  • @habs4life9 Awesome!!!!! Love your comment! it totally fits!

  • @habs4life9 thats the best quote I've ever heard....nice one.

  • @habs4life9 classic! ;)

  • @habs4life9

    OMG BRILLIANT

  • @habs4life9 bahahahahahahahahahaa.Awesome point dude

  • Did the better quality clip with the longer ending get removed? Anyway, amazing ending. The rest of the movie was great, too, aside from some cheesy lines. The music here and John's speech are touching. Nick Stahl did a great job, too. John accepts his destiny and Judgement Day is inevitable. Very powerful. So it goes against the messages of the first two. Obviously, there was more going on than they were capable of stopping and even Sarah Connor could predict.

  • NOT a good John Connor.

  • "it cannont be shut down" AH! Fake part of the movie Nukes have sorta of an EMP inside em when they blow up theirs the explosion and EMP so all Computers in the world would be shut down in the attack XD

  • it tried to be funny when it wasn't. the two most glaring examples were the gay strippers glasses and the toilet human when arnold and the other terminator were fighting in the bathrooms.

  • decent movie but the actor was too weak not credible to play john connor

  • T2 judgment day is the best movie out of the 4 of them no questions asked

  • I thought that "to live" part was pretty dramatic

  • i guess people waited to see all new nip/tuck cause T3 sucks ass...

  • If they really did stop Judgement Day, then John would cease to exist

  • soo its nice to know we died in 2003

  • how does john get out of the bunker because isent the only exit destroyed???

  • @venster2006 he was protected from radiation from atomic bombs and explosions

  • @11Nidzo11 yeah but the only exit was destroyed because the door closed on the two terminators plus when you see the terminator under the door again its underwater so how does john get out of there??

  • @venster2006 there is no water. its dust from explosions and everything there was no water before.

  • @11Nidzo11 oh i guess because it was kinda blue and there was little specs flying around it kinda looked like water

  • Fake ending. because John coonnor is in T4 -.-

  • This movie was not really a bad movie, its just compared to the last one it seemed like it.

  • good movie but terminator 2 judgement day is better everyone probably agrees with me

  • making movies/stories that fool around with time travel is pretty hard, since you have to make each movie correspond with each other in a way that it all comes together and makes sense. Looking at each movie, sure, it might not be as good as this movie or that movie. But I think the whole story is a masterpiece.

  • was so glad when they all died.

  • A weapon that can destroy the whole world Nuclear War humans are violent and destructive by nature we will kill ourselfs so shut the fuck up this world is full of more evil then any of you know, faith have your faith and wen u all die and jesus is nowhere to be found you'll all feel stupid because everything you believed was truth will turn out to be a lie, don't believe me i dont care just wait and see

  • @THEBLAKSPADE

    Agree.

  • @THEBLAKSPADE

I strongly agreed with everything you said.

  • @THEBLAKSPADE yep thats the way it is man, its good to have something to look up to and but when it comes down to it jesus is not there,

  • @DOMINATERKID Nope you know who is there at the end of the day, you are, meaning if you want to have faith in something that has a chance of changing anything have faith in yourself peole make things change not stupid religion which divides the worlds population like politics and money which are also useless

  • Nukes are pretty :) lol jk That would never happen but then again this is a movie

  • the ending is meant, to be pure sad.... hundreds of billons of people dead, babies dead, sucessful people dead.... it is really sad :(

  • hundreds of billions? theres only a total population of 6 billion on the earth :S

  • @hem147 Maybe he's counting ants and bacteria =P

  • i alrady see terminator salvation movie and believe me it was one of the great movie that i never see in my all life

  • This is definitely one of my favorite endings to any film ever just the music and John's speech at the end gives such a great emotional punch of sadness and hope at the same time.

  • John Connor knows in this moment, he dont can do nothing to help, for help the people have to be in the future

  • This is one of my favorite movie endings of all time. Even though the movie got some bad reviews from both critics and fans. The song "Radio" and John Connor's narration at the end was very beautiful. It had that human touch to it. It has that perfect combination of sadness and glory at the same time.

  • The music is very moving. It's sad because it aludes to the mass murder of billions but at the end it sounds hopeful.

  • Exactly.

  • @soccergoalkeeper1

I agree. I think it got bad reviews because people hate facing the truth. All this buzz that computers are getting smarter and maybe smarter and make better decisions than us in 10 years?

It's scary. The message of this movie is simple. You cannot program Human Response into a computer.

It's a scary thought and modern society hates facing The Truth! This movie isnt that implausible.

  • @GuardianAngel5150

I totally agree with you on that. It is scary though. But you know Hollywood. They could have writers have a crayon take over the world. LoL!

  • @GuardianAngel5150 its science fiction you dumbass, saying the shit that happends in this movie is like saying what happened in predator will happen, you fuckin nerds are so easliy tricked into believing the most retarded theories, i love the termintator movies (specificly the 2nd one) but come on, this shit your talking about is what people were talking about 10 years ago for y2k

  • @GuardianAngel5150 I disagree. the only reason the computer is advanced more than we are is the fact it WAS created by the most advanced and most dangerous machine in the world... The human brain. by collecting all the data from every human species programmed into the computer, it will then evidently become dangerous... ever heard of the saying... two heads are better than one!? :)

  • @GuardianAngel5150 It got bad reviews because the story in it sucks, and it contradicts the meaning of the first two by saying Judgment Day is inevitable. It's just a rehash of the second one. But the action is great and it has some pretty funny scenes in it too. I didn't mind it. I just wish they would've had a better story for it to be built around.

  • @GuardianAngel5150

Blame the Japanese for the events of this movie if it comes true in Real Life.

  • @GuardianAngel5150

It;s the those greedy Asian who are making this film come true.

  • @GuardianAngel5150 I agree man. And the truth is always uncomfortable and disturbing. But it is here. You want to know the truth? ANYBODY WANTS?

    1) Here: document "Earthlings". I swear - if you watch it to the very end you will never look at the world the same.

    2) This is exposing a different thing but it is scary as well - dutchsinse. com/blog/?author=1

you guy will not believe it

  • I like the way the writers had to have John Conner accept who he is and what was really going to happen. And I loved the part when John said, "I should have realized, our destiny was never to stop Judgment Day, it was merely to survive it. Together. The Terminator knew, he'd try to tell us. But I didn't want to hear it.

  • I cant believe we would be that stupid to let that happen.

  • I don't know why people bash t3 so much... I LOVE IT and this ending is amazing!

  • pretty shitty movie but these scene is class

  • If skynet had no system core and it only existed in cyberspace, then by blowing up servers, power plants and computers it should have destroyed itself.

  • Redundancy ia key to the internet. Skynet would also have made sure that it would survive the attack by planting a copy ofitself in computers that woul nopt have been hit.

  • True there would be no T4 but cmon neither T3 or T4 can beat T2.

  • true that

  • t3 was the best... if it wasnt for t3 there would be no t4

  • THATS NOT TRUE... the only part of T3 that was needed its the ending... The Judgment day.

  • i prefer the 3rd over the 1st...but the 2nd will always be the best.

maybe its because im young and i appreciate CG and intense battle scenes more, but thats my opinion.

  • what about salvation :D

  • i believe its the only decent moment of t3 and the most dramatic one

  • @lazanh that was the ONLY good part of the movie. the rest was garbage

  • if i fought here i would get right on john conners side and follow him he could kill this whole machine and also there seriously the humans will win only if they have a terminator because he would know it all

  • Has anybody besides me seen the scene where the nukes fly above the barns somewhere else?! It´s the same as in Smallville! When Lex Luthor has a dream you actually see the same scene. Even the scene when the nukes hit different parts of the earth is in Smallville.

  • im pretty sure it is ive been watching all the episodes of smallville and that looks like the exact farm

  • dats cuz it is. warner brothers have the rights of this scene.

  • I did not like t3 as much as T2 but the ending was really good and explained alot.

These are my own thoughts :

the more we delevop supercomputers , better processors , faster networking , internet , Nuclear weapons there is always the risk that this in some form could happen.

  • Loved the ending of this film. I thought T3 was underated. I really enjoyed it. I still love the low-tech T1 though the most.

  • yeah i was not a fan of the chick

  • This ending pissed me alot, Big Time!! The main people in the last 3 movies worked so hard to prevent the Judgement Day from happening and yet, they failed. So what's the freakin huge point of watching the last 3 movies if they failed to stop the JD? -_- lol, great film, btw.

  • The point of the first film was Skynet sent a T-800 to 1984 to kill Sarah Connor. By killing Sarah Connor it could prevent the birth of John Connor. That infiltrator failed thanks to the help of Kyle Reese. In the second film Skynet tried again. It sent the T-1000 advanced prototype. As a result Connor sent the reprogrammed T-800. Trying to stop J day was simply a second objective in the second film.

  • if you watched them then i am sure you cn an find an answer tothat question

  • people said that T3 was bad, but I loved it.

  • After watching TS, I appreciate T3 alot more, because TS wasn't that good. Loved it the first time but was bored shitless watching it the second time, so I don't like it that much.

  • I liked of T3, because they doeverthing to stop Judgment Day but the true is they nuver can stop that because something terrible like this have to happen for John Connor to acepted is destiny

  • best scene of this movie, thats whats up

  • As said before, this is the best scene in the movie.John finally accepts his destiny and leads the human race against the machines,

The film as a whole wasn't as bad as people made out although it wasn't up to the standard set by T1 and T2 but let's face it, it was an impossible task.

  • @madstevieg01 following t2 now fucking way could they have made a better movie. Besides studios are fucking crazy to keep pimping franchises like this.

  • @madstevieg01 I don't know. Salvation was freaking amazing.

  • @madstevieg01 awesome !!!

  • This movie wasn't horrible but it wasn't good like the first and second Terminator movies.
