  • Oh please! I don't feel sorry for you dead beat fathers! What ever happen to a man knowing what it meant to be a man, being the provider that he should be. What does money has to do with a fathers love?! Well i guess the woman taking care of your child is pulling money out of her a** to take care of the child alone. Men are always in and out of work, whinning like babies about paying child support. KEEP a job and pay voluntarily and women wouldnt need to go to child support to make you pay!!!

  • I'm not saying that Fathers should not pay child support. I'm simply advocating for the fact that Non custodial fathers have to pay outrageously high child support in many cases and yet they don't earn that kind of income.

If your dumb ass would listen to the song and read the lyrics youd understand whats being said here. The problem isnt having a child. The problem is when the Custodial parent is inconsiderate and only thinks of making money from child support.

  • Sorry but the non custodial parent should be made to pay child support, determined by his/ her income. However the parent should be spending time with a child.. it's sad you can't enforce that though :/ And if you can't even afford to take care of yourself let alone pay extra for a child then youre STUPID for having a child in the first place.

  • @SmileChicky that was a very uneducated answer you gave it was without understanding that there are many situation there are many story that come alone with this problem and like many you are judge all father the same

  • @lovelynann How on Earth is it uneducated to say, if a man or woman can't afford to take care of themselves, how can they afford a child? How on Earth, is it uneducated to say the non custodial parent should financially support the child as well? How on Earth is it uneducated to say is sad we can't enforce visitation rights?Where in their did I judge fathers? It's obvious you don't know English very well, so you didn't understand what I said, so before you start riding a moral high horse, stfu.

  • @lovelynann THE WORLD IS FULL OF PEOPLE WHO AT SOME POINT IN THEIR LIFE THEY MAY NOT BE ABLE TO CARE FOR THEMSELF OR THEIR CHILDREN IN THE WAY THEY WANT TO. IF WHAT YOU ARE SAYING IS TRUE A LOT OF US SHOULD NOT BE HERE YOU CAN PLAN LIFE BUT IT DONT ALWAYS WORK OUT THE WAY YOU PLAN A MAN COULD HAVE A JOB WHEN THE CHILD IS BORN BUT HE LOSE ONE ALSO , AS GOD HAS SAID THE POOR WILL AWAYS BE HOWEVER HE WILL TAKE CARE THEM DAY BY DAY IF WE LET HIM, I THINK HE MAKE THAT DECISION NO ONE ELSE

  • @lovelynann Being poor is not a life sentence.. although you made some good points. I feel it is More important to be in the child's life supporting them emotionally. The money thing always finds a way to work itself out.

  • DEADBEATS THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO U!

  • SO WHO WILL HELP US OUT IN THIS SITUATION REPUBS OR DEMS?? WICH WILL CARE TO MAKE THINGS FAIR?

  • This would be a very pretty song if everything in it were factual. Here in IL, the Father pays only 20% of his Net income for one child. Net = after taxes and after all other fees are taken out. Hardly enough to break him. If he can't take them to the park, then he should Fight for his rights. As for driving, father's were providing for their children long before cars were invented. Am I wrong? How about the guys who drive nice cars yet the mother has to take their child to the ER in a cab?

  • Like I said, It has a great melody and all. I like it. Just not 100% truthful.

  • @earthgal2000 IL MUST have a better child support system, but I pay New Jersey child support and in NJ 20% is not even close to what we have to pay , Neither is it the same here in Puerto Rico. So just because the state you live in is more adjusted in that aspect doesn't mean that the other majority of the non custodial population in the United States is living your reality. And I highly doubt you are obligated to pay Child Support being a woman. I LIVE IT, YOU DON'T

  • @earthgal2000

The problem is that you shouldn't be waiting around $45.00 a week. You should be self sufficient and handle your own. You kept custody of the child then be a strong woman and be there for your kid. women wanted womens liberation, "There's your chance" If he's a dead beat, then let him be a dead beat, if the child despises him in the future then let that be part of his punishment for being a deadbeat. If you can't handle raising the child, hand over custody to the father then.

  • @RubenObed PSS: You're right... I DON'T pay child support.. I pay ALL my son's support. Thank you.

  • @earthgal2000 Yes, you are wrong. You are either a feminist shill or the most uninformed person on the planet. Federal and state law allow a person's income to be garnished up to 50% if they have dependents and up to 65% if they don't. Even unemployment checks can be garnished up to 50 or 65%. So, how does a man afford to fight for his visitation rights? Re: driving cars see next post

  • @MLJ1219 Well, where I live, there is a such place called Prairie State Legal Services. They work Pro-bono for low income. I'm guessing that is your claim, correct? Your low income? Search your area for legal services for low income homes.

And NO I am not ill informed, but every State has different laws pertaining to child support. As for the fathers taking care of their kids long ago.... I guess we have to understand that the divorce rate was quite a bit lower too. ; ) LOL

  • @earthgal2000 Don't take this personal but you (many people) are uninformed. All states have various guidelines but state statutes are almost identical and must conform to federal statutes. You may be well intentioned but your comments are misleading because you don't understand the politics involved. I had to register at 18 or face a 5 yr prison term (you didn't). Legal services will not take a case that is politically incorrect or goes against the state. Women have legal weight not men.

  • @MLJ1219 Can you explain to me then, how my deceased husband got custody of his children from the mother? I can... he used the FREE legal services I mentioned before. They helped him get custody when the kids were only 2 and 4 years old. Granted, they help the person that comes to them First, but they help both men and women in my State which is IL. The only thing I take personal is when people like you make remarks pertaining to my intelligence when you know nothing about me or my background.

  • I also have been doing my own paperwork for my child support case. The Judge has been very impressed with my knowledge of legal terms and current laws. Thank you. I'm no kid and consider myself pretty educated on the subject, unfortunately. LOL Like I said, States laws must be different.

  • @earthgal2000 Lastly, here are the calculations for collecting in my State, 1 CHILD 20 PERCENT OF NET. 2 CHILDREN 28 PERCENT, 3 IS 32 PERCENT, 4 IS 40 PERCENT, 5 IS 45 PERCENT, 6 OR MORE IS 50 PERCENT. I can imagine that no one parent could handle the bills for that many kids. ( The guidelines in the chart are applied to each case unless the court makes a finding that the amount determined in the guidelines would be inappropriate after considering the best interests of the child. )

  • @earthgal2000 Don't take this personal. You (and others) are uninformed. States have diff guidelines but state statutes must conform to federal statutes. You don't understand the politics. I had to register at 18 or face 5 yrs in prison (you didn't). Legal services will not take politically incorrect cases or cases against the state. Women have the power of the state behind them, men don't. Child support = money and votes for bureaucrats (state). Women get custody 97% men don't (get it).

  • @earthgal2000 Re: driving cars, you say men supported kids before cars were invented. Yes, they supported them before child support enforcement, feminism, & corrupt bias courts were invented too. How did mothers get kids to the ER before cabs were invented? Your arguments are bias, slanted and ridiculous. Ruben is arguing apples and you are arguing oranges and it appears you know nothing of either one.

  • @MLJ1219 First of all........... YOU DON"T KNOW THE FIRST THING ABOUT ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Second of all I'm over this shit!!! I have my opinion.... you will all have your own.

I have a child with a dead beat and that's all I am saying .... Ruben and I are now friends so FUCK off with your dumb ass lame comments and if YOU are so high and mighty... more power to you!!!!!!!!

Keep your shit clean and take care of your own.. I am mine!!

    DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @mghoussoub

You are right it isn't 100% truthful it is 1000% truthful. I'm living proof. I didn't write this because this is what I've heard, I wrote it because this is what I'm living. My very own personal experience. Child support laws are abusive to non custodial fathers. I am a non custodial father and You have to walk in my shoes to know my heartache and pain. We need Child Support reform in this country. FATHERS NEED TO SUPPORT THEIR CHILDREN AND THE GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO HELP US DO IT.

  • @RubenObed You know? I read many times where the Fathers aren't allowed to see their kids because the Mother won't let them. I say, Men, FIGHT for your right! If there is no reason you shouldn't see your child... fight the system with everything you have if she is keeping you from them. Children are NOT pawns!!! And they're NOT property!! They are worth the money spent in court if need be. They are your bloodline to the future. They need to know you love them too!!

  • @earthgal2000 Money is not always at hand. Fathers aren't all millionaires. Sometimes they don't have the money to fight the system. If you havent noticed the entire planet is in an economic slump. Fathers are too. Women need to stop using the system to abuse non custodial fathers.

  • @RubenObed Well it would appear that since we are in different states, our laws are different as well. I can only advise to look in your community for a place that supplies Legal aid based on your income. Here, it's called "Prairie State Legal Services". They help fight and your fee is on a scale instead of base charges.

    Good Luck. ♥

  • My oldest son is going through similar problems. Only the person his money is going to don't even have custody of his son. Figure that one out. :( I told him to call Prairie State and hopefully he does, soon. LOL

  • @RubenObed @RubenObed You are right about some women using the system. Some use it to get back at the guy.. and some use the money for partying and stuff that is NOT right and something should be done about that for sure! I'm all for keeping proof of what the money was spent on. ; )
