how do you record your microphone and the sound of the speakers? because when I record with fraps it only has the option to record from speakers, record from microphone or not record sound, it doesnt have both.

Hint for future, most of your games don't use more than the first 2 cores. GPU is the only thing that matters in games really. I haven't seen any game that needs more than a 2.5 core 2 duo.
