I think they shut this down.The coin icon doesn't always show up anymore. I contacted ebay and they said that Microsoft pulls that from time to time and they decide when it is on and you can get the discount. They just wanted people to use live, and now it doesn't work with ebay.

you can use both, the 25% will kick in when you use the "Buy it now" when you ready to pay look for the section that say redeem coupon or something and put in that ebay code and click pay.
