Nice match. Kelly had some nice shots the last half of the game. Barnes just didn't adjust well enough, and didn't bring his A game...........

if you read the article of kelly making the tv show and him not acknowledging her performance unlike what page and mika did, then you'll get why he looks pissy...because he would forever be remembered as the guy who lost to a girl in a major pba event

not to mention.....it's Chris Barnes...i mean...he is sought to be one of the best in the world....and he got OWNED by Kelly! but as much as i like barnes....this was extremely poor and embarassing sportsmanship on his part. girl or not....she beat the hell out of him for that title with pure talent.

FYI, he's the #1seed in the USBC Masters finals. In one match he was down 54 pins to Wes Marlott after two games and Barnes bowled a 300 against him to win the match by total pins.

why does it seem like the pins explode when kelly hits it light but with not of the other competitors

it just depends on how the ball is rolling when it hits....if it's already burned up...it will just plow through the rack...but if it gets into a late roll and grabs a little...sometimes that's enough to help mix up the pins and get good carry

plus if you just fire down the lane way too fast AND fan it to the outside....the ball will never grab and it will just slide right through with no good mix
