I have been a fan since I was 16. That was er, math... 23 years ago. I really like this song, but not a big fan of the rest of the album. I say there is one thing that the rest of the songs lack on this album, "emersion". Many of the older Cure song enveloped you and transported you away. Hard to explain. Just a feeling. Like I said, this song does that for me.

To people who were disappointed in this album: This album is great. Yeah, of course its not like their classic stuff, they've evolved. Why would they keep making the same songs? The Cure are good BECAUSE they're always different. Thats why they never fail to amaze me.

I find the album 4: 13 dream is brilliant in all its aspects, it is certainly different from other such Disintegration. But it's just interesting to see their evolution since, The Cure is never linear, in all its styles is wonderful.

i almost bought this record the other day, but turned it down because i hadnt heard it yet and was only mildly fond of their last record, tho i have been a fan most of my childhood and adult life.

but after listening to this stuff, i will go pick it up next time i'm at the vinyl store.

its great to see they are back to their old selves again.

smartest thing ive heard all day. ive been to a few cure concerts in the last few years. and have been my favorite since i was teenager. all i can say is that there are vert few bands that can do whatever they want, and get away with it, and fortanetly the cure is one of those divine artists. but going back to their old selves just pleases everyone
