That is a flawed argument. Chechnya, Dagestan and Ingushetia, are trying to gain autonomy, and the American-backed Russian government doesn't care about the rights of the people who live there, nor do they care about their wishes of an autonomous, independent state. If Americans have no right invading Iraq and Afghanistan, then the Russians have no right infringing on the rights and territories of the Chechen people.

What? That's retarded. The U.S.A. hates Chechens. Why would the U.S. supply Chechens for an insurgency and autonomous revolution against the Russians? It would make them look bad in the International Community.
Secondly, gangsters don't run Chechnya. Disinformation propagated by the West has made them out to look like gangsters. They are freedom fighters, just like the Americans that fought the British in the 1700's.
