Shiva Rea is your teacher! That is amazing! I looked at continuing my training & studying with her but I live so far away that it's almost impossible for me to do so especially since a work full time. Thanks for the music recommendations, I have used some of them already. I have practiced and even taught some of Shiva's Heart Salutations & find it opens the hips well & my students enjoy the flow. I will keep practicing backbends to achieve Wild Thing. Love & Light,
Can u offer some recommendations for the music u used in your series of videos? They r perfect for my Vinyasa classes. Also, do u have any tips on warming up & preparing before moving into the asana, "Wild thing"?
@upushme Namaste Lisa, music is essential in my Vinyasa classes also :) I have been collecting music for years now! A few tips from the top of my head would be for you to google and sign up to whiteswans free weekly download song, my teacher Shiva Rea has created some great compilations for classes including Yoga Shakti, Jala, Tandava etc, i also use Prem Joshua, Deva Premal and so many others!
VERY NICE FLOW, DANCING WITH THE BREATH. MY STUDENTS HOWEVER WOULD FIND PART OF IT LESS OF A WARM UP AND MORE OF A CORE STRENGTHENING SESSION. SHIVA IS AMAZING IN THE WAY SHE MOVES WITH GRACE AND U HAVE DEMONSTRATED THAT HERE. THANK YOU FOR SHARING.
