hey, congrats on your WL! I was wondering if you could tell me how much your op cost? I know you have said previously that it was covered by insurance but do you know what the total cost was? Ive been looking everywhere and cant seem to find a(near about) price for aussie or new Zealand!
Hi!Looking great my friend!I havnt had surgerys but I been dieting.Its interesting about how the liver shrinks then later it grabs up all the goodies.Its sort of what my Dr. had told me. She said to be sure to eat small portions throughout the day of good foods, so that my body wouldnt grab all the fattys and stuff because it feels its gonna starve and it saves the goodies.Its soo important to not go too long without eating something. Thank you soo much for your videos!!!
yeah i also put on weight during the mushies stage.. i think it's normal
