One of the reasons they made the switch was to eliminate the general public's ability to have a means to broadcast our own productions. They first destroyed the independent musician by allowing music theft so only the record corporations could decide who would make a living off music. A small time, self promoter can't make a dime once they get pirated.

You are correct about 1913 but some of the problem goes as far back as 1868 with the 14th amendment and the end of state sovereignty over the Federal Government. I think I busted the myth about DTV converters with camera and microphone. However, in the case of HAARP I would have to say that something might be going on with that. :) There have been rumors for years that it is used for everything form high altitude atmospheric manipulation to Mind control. I hate to break it to you but

1) Digital TV transmissions are in the 51-858MHz range, Analog is in the 48.25-863025MHz range, it's just UHF, with MPEG4 encoding

2) HAARP is in the shortwave band.

Signals in the VHF, UHF, SHF range pass through the atmosphere.

Simply use your eyes! Look at the physical size of the HAARP antenna's!

Remember, to be really effective, you have to replace the foil lining in your hat on a daily basis!

Someone needs to read: Low-power analog transmitters and Analog Repeater-Transmitters don't turn have to turn off. Though anyone could "make" a TV station, the FCC has been controlling frequency allocation since the early 1930's. Analog broadcast is ending because analog broadcast spectrum consumes a huge amount of the spectrum compared to digital broadcast. Your description is also shit. Government-issued? Only rebated. First, it is not just a switch to digital, tv is changing frequencies. The FCC is planning to auction off the spectrum that tv sits at now. Just look at the FCC website.

Second HAARP's transmitting freq is somewhere between 10mhz and 50mhz, far from the tv band.

HAARP 'excites' the ionosphere, making an RF mirror for long range HF communications. But this effects SATcom.

Read a book on HF radio communications (ham radio).
