I'm a 22 y/o male. A lot of the time when I go to the gym and lift weights or engage in weight/resistance training. I find that much of the time after I am finished exercising, my body feels very imbalanced, and I can experience impotence or sexual weakness, severe muscles weakness and soreness, very tight muscles, I don't seem to gain as much strength as just extra blood rushing to my muscles resulting in to flabby muscles, and overall fatigue and general weakness. What gives?
Thanks for the Video and bravo if this diet works for you. I tried a diet similar to this, low fat, lots of fruits and veggies, lots of carbs. I did very poorly on the high carb/low fat diet I was following. Some of the problems I had were, falling asleep or getting very drowsy after meals, extreme hunger, peeling/painful skin, very irritable, extreme-extreme cravings for FAT, depression......just to name a few. I do high fat and no/low carb, this is the best diet for me- no depression is great!
@GrowABrainstem How is that proven? My father stutters and he's an accountant, is the ceo of a finance corporation, has the controlling shares in a chain of hotels, and in his spare time is the editor of a small monthly business magazine. Hardly an idiot.
Dude.... you're wrong. We all laughed at you in our lecture at uni, when our lecturer showed us this video. Fatigue is caused in many different areas of the cell, for example the increase organic phosphate from the use of ATP reduces the free Ca+ ions in the sacroplasmic reticulum therefore reducing the Ca ions binding to troponin which allows the Actin and Myosin to bind for cell contration...creates more mitochondria.... wow, this is a good example why sometime you do not trust the internet
Thank you so much for making all of these videos and for putting together the upcoming Rawkathon. I went Raw a while back and it has been a HUGE help to have all of this free advice from people like you.
Awesome video! Hey, promote what you feel is great. Promote what you believe in. You're promoting healthy living already; some people don't like that either.
My question is My boyfriend is a bodybuilder who is also a labour worker. He feels he needs thick, heavy, hot meals (not meat-based, at least). He's worried about losing muscle mass while Raw. Are there foods that are good for bodybuilding, and some points to keep in mind?

This kid may not know everything, but he sure knows how to fucking stutter.
Stutterers are idiots. It's a proven f-f-f-fact.
