@The96ify It's because he either purposely made it slow, or the codes he puts have a lot of effect on the processing. Kind of like a computer. The more things you process at the same time (codes on the gameshark), the slower the computer will be (slower framerate and distorted audio on the N64). Like I said though, it CAN be on purpose.
