Well, I had a RE License and technically, you are right. The laws change for the worse constantly. I and my family never had it good for the last 100 years. We also never owned a house or land. My point being, at least people's so-called ownership of land or rental property could appreciate, be sold, rented, or used as collateral to keep their children and grandchildren. I think soon that will be forever lost. It will truly be neo-feudalism.

i've done all the research as many others have..(possibly more than I should have)

I look at things from both sides..and always think logically as if I'm not involved

at the end of the day logic doesn't support all the Doom-n-Gloom being instigated by an all powerful 'Elite"

What does Alex have to gain?
