We're doing this song in my high school choir - the tempo is exactly the same all through out the song. 120bpm isn't that slow, especially since this is a hard song to learn.
ohh and from 2:40 - 2:45 there was a bit of struggling
"Soon one day he's gonna call me up to heavEN, FOR a chariot ride."
The capitalized parts are the problem lol, the last part of heaven is off key, and the for part the tenor/bass ppl are straining. and cus the song is going so slow its hard to not hear :P
Wonderful song ^^ I like it more than the original one ^_^
Btw, what are they saying at 4:46 .. (sounds amazing O.O)

It starts at the right tempo, and slows down as it goes.... kinda like a steam engine effect...
