I found this ages ago, and I have a theory for it. One of the randomised names for the Rangers in Single Player is S. Sarkissian. Infinity Ward usually use their developers' names as the randomised characters, so Serozh Sarkissian was a developer in Infinity Ward and they put his name as an easter egg.
