  • I have had a stuffy nose since 2003 (I'm 21). I feel tired all the time, wake in the morning with tension headaches and severe nasal congestion every morning. And my doc tells me that my chronic stuffy nose is nothing and not the cause of my symptoms.

    What do you think?

  • Do u guys use glostream?

  • Very informative! Thanks!

  • please i really need help,i have been suffering this nose blockage, running nose, facial pain and nose since i was a child, and is getting worst now,i have visited so many ENT specialist here in Nigeria, and they keep telling me to go for surgery, but surgery is not the final end of this hectic sinusits, that it will only reduce the blockage, please i want permanent stop to this, can anyone help me?

  • @jerry33123 dude i've had this sinustisis here for 3 years, sounds like your in a heckle.. yes the only way out is surgery....

  • @jerry33123 so basically surgery will remove the blocakge and they might give you some antibiotics to clear out the rest of the bacteria

  • hI CAN ANYONE HELP ME

I have a dull ache behind my right eye that started all of a sudden 6 weeks ago... it was very bad the 1st day i could'nt look to the right it hurt to much.

The next day it was half as bad and then not too bad at all but the pain is still there behind my eye??? I can breathe fine and migrane tablets have not worked.

do i have a sinus problem or not?

eye test came back all clear also they also pressure tested my eye. Thanks worried young lad.

  • @boostmecoupeup Take some Sudafed; if that helps, the problem is sinus pressure. I've had debilitating eye pain for over a year which I only recently discovered is partially alleviated by Sudafed.

  • Someone please tell me if they experience the same things I do so I know I'm not going crazy-

Had a sinus infection, thought it went away. Then one night I couldn't sleep because I felt dizzy/ lightheaded. That feeling hasn't left me for a couple weeks. My sinuses have pressure and tingling in them. Most importantly ,I feel like my vision is worse. Its hard to pinpoint exactly what that means, but if I had to describe it, i'd say its like having a few alcoholic drinks. I feel spaced out. Anyone?

  • @showbiz216 Yes...IT happens to my Father too...You are not alone...I'm taking him to the Doctor this friday...Hope you get well soon... Peace

  • I have, I believe I have sinusitis. It's been 2 years on and back I've had excess mucus through the day, ever waking minute in the back of my throat. It's hard to eat because the food gets mixed with the mucus leaving a horrible smell in my throat, this has hurt me pretty bad, and for some odd reason I can never blow the mucus out of my nose.

  • I was told that I have chronic sinusitis, erosion of the sinuses and a CSF leak. I see an ENT Dr. tomorrow for it, to see what the next steps are.

  • so acute is when youve had sinusitis for more than 8 weeks and chronic when it only lasts for a couple of days but keeps coming back from time to time?

  • to the ENT specialist 2morrow, i think i have sinusitis, been ill for 3 months now. had heaps of antibiotics, nansal sprays and stuff ,Augmentin got rid of the pus in my nose but still sick with ongoing pain in all my sinuses, headaches, dizzyness, now have pain behind my left eye, fatigued. my throat is constantly sore and hard to eat sometimes. got a breakout of pimples from being rundown. this sucks.will let you know the news from the ENT.wish me luck.

  • one thing i would like to know if anyone can please help.i was told i had sinusitis, after going through intense head pressure.but what worries me is that i get few headaches and i can breath through my nose but yet i cought up mucus every morning and im always dizzy i feel what ever direction i move my my head i feel that im going to fall in that direction, please help.im in the process of getting health care but until i do i just keep gen sent home

  • My sinus has been running 24 hours a day since 1976. It runs down my throat at night and runs all day. Because I can not blow it all out through my nose I have to hack it up and spit. I estimate that I could fill at least a pint a day but it may be as much as a quart. I have not been able to tell a doctor how long I have had it because my insurance company has changed many times and they all have that no prior illness clause. No drug seems to help. I wish I could afford to pay to get it fixed.

  • Very helpful information. Thanks!!!

  • I post this that just incase this might help along with the medication. I just can't believe how much better I feel. I have been cold free and sinus problems almost completely gone for 3 weeks now! I was a lil disappointed in my ENT because he never made a second appt after the CT scan. I had to go back to my GP and ask her to try antibiotics. I had chronic issues. Just because he didn't see much on the CT didn't mean my symptoms were gone. Thank goodness for the internet.

  • I decided that maybe something in that area was clogged and so I started massaging the area between my eyes and even a little under that bone that's over the eye. I did this for days in a row for just a few minutes a couple of times a day.

My tears started working! I caught a full blown regular cold that was in my throat and not my eyes. The headaches are gone. After a whole year of this annoying crap! I still caught the cold tho and my Dr decided to put me on antibiotics two weeks ago.

  • Last year every time I would have a scratchy throat a cold would settle in my eyes and my vision was affected and no tears would come. I had headaches and would be so sleepy I could hardly function. Pretty soon my hip joints began to be affected with flareups. I had not had a normal cold (throat & stuffy nose) for a whole year. It was always headaches and eye rashes and problems.

  • I accidentally figured something out. I had so many symptoms. I was tested for autoimmune disorders, MS (MRI), and a CT scan. I figured out for myself on the internet that what I had was chronic sinusitis. Nothing showed up but i still had all symptoms and was not well more than 4 or 5 days in a row.

  • This is a really good one. Good general explanation. Interesting to see more and more docs showing a preference for balloon sinuplasty over traditional surgery.

    Thanks for posting.

  • thank you for the video .
