  • Is your oven a fan-forced oven? I baked mine at 180 degrees celsius for 25 mins and they were under-baked, so I baked it for another 15 mins and they were still under-baked!:(

  • @polaroidsarecool yes I have a convection oven, but at my house I do not. This is why I STRESSS learning when it is done, not relying on EXACT TIMES. You have to know what you are looking for, test it with a toothpick, if it comes out with moist crumbs on it, not gooey batter, you know its done. My chefs at school would NEVER tell us how long to bake, they FORCED us to LEARN WHEN IT WAS DONE.

  • Hey crumbboss, when u say "2 sticks" of butter for ur recipe, do u mean 4 oz. Or 8 oz. Sticks of butter?

  • @crazy4llamas 1 stick = 4oz

  • What's the difference between a paddle attachment and a whisk attachment? I only have a whisk attachment at home so I was wondering if it was ok as you use a paddle attachment in a lot of your videos! Thanks:)

  • @polaroidsarecool You really should get a paddle, you can probably get it cheap on AMAZON. But the whisk incorporates alot of air and volume for WHIPPING and the Paddle is perfect for creaming and beating
