However, I know that that Vincent the delicious man candy is far different from Vincent the husband and devoted father.

The first persona is an actor exhibiting his formidable talent, while the second is a real person whose privacy and that of his family should be respected!

This is so ridiculous (in a good way). How can an actor stimulate someone to make love to him via video/song/internet? And so many people share the feeling!? I just know that VDO is not who I fantasize him to be but it's pretty clear that many of us women are getting the same idea! I wonder how his wife feels, knowing how strangers feel about their fantasy of him?

I get your point, and I agree a little bit with you. But I also think that VDO fans are down to earth people who know and understand that VDO is out of reach. For me this is just a way to express my admiration for one hell of an actor. I think they both don't pay much attention to our drooling :D (hope you get my point:D my english is not what it used to be :D )
