u can tell its a fake because the ball's speed varies about 3 times in the clip. unless there was 3 invisible humps on that green this is a fake. my guess would be ball attached to string and pulled along. the guy pulling it couldnt control the speed properly to make it look real.

yes, this is how we did it. I drilled a small hole thru the golf ball, then attached a thin fishing line to it. The line is threaded thru the bottom of the cup which is segmented. By pulling the line in, the ball goes to the hole. Sometimes it goes straight in, other times it passes and circles back, an effect I think is more funny. Anyway, it's not remote controlled, get real, that is fake!
