Wing chord dominated ground effect starts working at 1 chord height. WD has 22 cm wing chord, so max .ground effect flying height (weak ground effect zone) is 20-22 cm. In theory the relatively large wing spam allows it to fly in this zone, but half chord height would be more safer, and more efficient. I guess in ''normal" flight it would be unstable since it has no ailerons, and the CG is above wings.

Haha, I've done exactly the same with my wing dragon 4ch.... It flew great (but look weird) :)

Looks really nice, what would be the approximate flight height,about 10" or 25 cm?
