That looks really good but how do you use the pouch in cooking after its made like that? I'm not being condescending. I just don't understand.

@TonyWoW01 since the "pouch" is cheese itself, it is eaten with the "curds" now in days americans use ricotta and cream to fill it with, much cheaper. but to answer your question, everything is eaten
