  • If it takes 5 minutes to do 3 bays, how long do you think it'll take to do the whole place! F this! This sprayer's taking WAY too long.

  • and his chemical is way to hot

  • i agree his spraying looks like crap, i make my jobs flat and uniform every time

  • who cares what it looks like..its getting covered..

really only have to worry about foam uniformity when their is a continuous air gap..example brick tie wall with 1 inch air gap..

  • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

I WANT TO INSULATE GARAGE BLOCK WALLS. DO I NEED TO PUT UP STEEL STUDS OR 2 X4's?

  • @eboxnap the cheaper way to do it is to use 4x8 wood panel build an form like you build an foundation then spray directly between the form like you do with cement.. if you want to clean look build an wall with 2x4 .. and spray between it then cover it with Sheetrock..

  • Pink is not the only option. Although it does give that 'classic insulation look'.

Check out my Spray Foam Facts video is you get a chance!

  • He will cut the overflow off with an industrial knife

  • How do you drywall over the excess foam?

  • i guess he is learning

  • to slow...i can spray foam that wall in 10 seconds

  • Demilec heat lock is the best product out there better expension of the product good r-value and like this one zero ozone depletetion , for interior use half pound sealection 500 !

  • We are a contracting company and have subbed out quite a few spray foam jobs. This guy is being very careful to do a good job. I wish they worked in our area.

The closed cell foam is a near perfect product. It is incredibly efficient, a great air and vapor barrier. It gets into small problematic areas easily and it is a one step process.

  • I just had my cottage done with this stuff, unreal how warm it is now.

  • @ecowiseinc of course he is doing a good job

he knows he is being filmed.

  • @ericdressen if thats a good job then my work is expertise!

  • R-value alone is insufficient to predict the performance of spray foam because SPF overcomes all three energy loss mechanisms. This makes spray foam incredibly efficient - well beyond an R number.

  • 6.4

  • I'm interested to see the CCMC information on this foam. I don't think it is legal to spray in Canada.

  • I've never seen purple foam before. What brand is that? Also, is it open or closed cell?

  • how many weeks does it take to spray a house at that rate? is that a new product?
