wow, I learned to do this myself, only instead of a cartwheel I do a round off, is it still called the same thing except it would be a round off arabian?
Thank you for this tutorial. I've been working on my frontflips for a while. I can do them, but I'm not very good at all. This looks like it will help me get good momentum to practice my frontflip.
An "Arabian" in the strictest sense is a backwards take off immediate half turn into front flip. The way Chase does it is more like what you described, he does his cartwheel landing sideways, then scoots his feet around almost pointing forward as he does the flip, kinda like a side somersault with a 1/4 turn into front flip... not really an Arabian at all.
This is a good way to work up to an Arabian, but eventually you should do the half turn completely in the air and not on the ground.

Yeah thats what I meant. I was at an open gym and asked them to look at my Arabian and they said it was pretty good. Then I should them the way Chase did it and they said it was a cartwhhel to a frontflip basically
daniel illabaca, ive trained with both lol....Danny doesent show half his potential...dont get me wrong ryan is amazing and doesent either. But i would say danny is beyond controlled in comparison.
honestly why would you ask that question? do you think the answer is important? not just trying to confront you, although i dont think it is id like to know?
very smooth, I do wonder now what the difference is between an arabian out of a cartwheel and out of a round off. I guess there is more of a turn involved in a round off since you're facing the complete opposite direction that you have to be for the front, right? Also, I'm guessing again that the cart-arabian uses more of a push from one leg off another while the round off-arabian uses a rebound.
