no worries, I totally agree, I see ppl all over your gear.....drunks!! LOL!! but hey, makes total sense!! anyhow, nice to chat with ya! PS - I actually like the new MK3 CDJs, wicked display, but using serato, doesn't really matter anyhow. Props you and the other DJ!
ya was just being technical,no disrespect, I liked your mixing style it's very simular to mine. It's just that I started on tech 12's then switched to CDJs when they first came out and all the haters where like....that's not a turntable....blah blah. Now I'm on serato scratch live using technics 1210 MK5G's and ppl are like..you spin vinyl...lol!! anyhow, keep up the good work! look into some tech 12 decks, you have serato I think?? anyhow, take it easy!
I prefer 1200's for all mixing that I do, but most venues only have CDJ's now. Sometimes I bring my 1200's if I really feel like it, but most of the time a pair of 1000's will suffice.
If you look at this video, working with turntables in a room that small with people reaching over to you, or trying to ask for a request, etc, people always manage to hit the tonearm weight and wreck your shit. So CDJ's are better for something like this. Either way I love me a pair of 12's!!! thanks man.

No offense, but you are not using turntables, you are using CDJ's. Just being technical to your vid's title.

Hmmm, Decks, CDJ's, Digital Turntables, Turntables... at this point I don't think that the typical viewer cares... :)
You're a DJ I assume that's why you care?
