I know it's acting, but it's perfect example of certain disease in the workplace. To you employers out there, I know you don't like lazy, unproductive employees, but the boss that this guy is playing is just as dangerous in all workplace. In fact, it's number one on my workplace hate list! Bully bosses. These kind of managers would stop at nothing to knock a employee down. Criticize your skills, bring up your past mistakes, and deliberately mess up your work!
The ONLY way to deal with today's fucked up, incompetent management is to make them fear you. If you the worker can subtly get this fucking bully to understand you will not tolerate disrespect from him, you've made progress and helped our country. Our country is suffering horribly at the hands of bad management, and it may actually end up destroying our country. Even surreptitious vengence is sometimes necessary in waking up a manager.
I used to work at DRS and I expected good things out of my boss. Unfortunately, he lied to me about my salaries, and wanted to get rid of me. This happened twice. No more for me.
I'm now working at home and made some money on Amazon. It's not enough to live on, but maybe I have to start my own website. I sell computer stuffs. I know Newegg is hard to compete, but hopefully, I can still make money. :-)

He would stutter and come up with an excuse, and I would say: " I would not tolerate such attitude in my workplace. I got an even better idea, why I don't I fire your ass! In fact, I'm doing it right now. Clean out your desk, and get GODDAMN, BULLYING ASS OFF THIS PROPERTY!"
Yet he thinks he's the man. An to futher things worse the big boss lets him act like this an backs him 110%! My work invironment is very very hostile.

The woman openly yells and screams at people and everyone else just says, "Don't worry; you'll get used to it. That's just her personality".

I think that in some cases that the employees performance doesn't have anything to do with the bully boss' behavior. the truth is they're the ones who are not being effective, and they alone make themselves look bad. These guys in certain workplaces are so selfish and insecure that they think that everyone is incompetent and they're not. If you're treated this way and nothing seems to work, try looking for another job. That asshole should get his own coffee!!!
A shithead boss needs to be beaten in the parking lot after work. Masks are preferred, voice changers also. Let the shithead know to stop the shit immediately, or next time it'll be worse.
This is obvious bullying. There are more subtle bullying tactics, too. They are harder to categorize. But the results on the employee are the same: feelings of inadequacy, unfairly judged, frustration, disbelief, anger, disrespect, 'dismotivation'. Fucking hate it.
