Idiots , ChewyLSB Are cheating If the vitals touch 0 the patient DIE , well... if no have lacerations live but in your missions of new blood , but you play very good
He pulled off a similar miracle in the first game, where he did the operation on Derek, with Paraskevi and Kyriaki both starting on his heart, without using the syringe and getting XS. Vitals were at 0 for at least 30 seconds. Thing is, it was 0.4 or something, not 0, and thus barely stayed alive.

The patient only dies when the vitals go "below zero". So in a way zero is the last number.

because there dead yet. They have to below zero in order for the patient to die. I'm not sure if that help or not.
