  • Feet are wider. A hand a straight line. So it is necessary.

  • Nice

  • Didnt seem harsh, I cant have a good argument without substance though! Thanks for the second comment!

I disagree with some of Pavel's teachings. The knees are above my feet but move forward. This is highly debated, I do not tend to see it as a problem at all though.

I think this might be due to feet placement which is also mimicked after olympic lifting and Gireviy Sports. The slight angle in foot position is what makes the perspective look bad. Check my other video with Steve Cotter

  • because the form is more apparent there due to better perspective. I have mimicked all the lifts after olympic lifting and powerlifting in the way it is mechanically most efficient. I disagree with Pavel on shoulder position, press movement, breathing during kettlebell training, training planning...

Thanks again for bringing up valid arguments on youtube, it is quite rare ;)

  • it seems fin, but your hips should drop backwards, så when you doing the squat you are dropping back. Right now it seems that you are bending your knees forward and going down. See if you can keep your knees and feet parallel, så they both stick forward all the way down and up. If your knees goes to the side you can get an injury. Trust me Ive trained with Pavel, and made the same mistake, and he was pissed........

sorry for my first coment, if it seemed harsh...

  • @kk74214 are you saying that you shouldnt track you knees over your feet?

  • bad squot, learn the drill man....

  • Uhm yeah... neutral spine, knees above feet, shoulders and feet in alignment, kettlebell center of mass above the middle of my feet... all check.

If you want to criticize, give me value instead of empty talk. give me details.
