Hmmm - I would need to be on speed to dance like this. There's a display of flexibility and motion - and then there is the graceful, well-paced technique. She captures the former better. That said, fantastic job!

Krishna represnts many things. This is pure devotional love aspect of Krishna, where Radha is describing the playfullness of Krishna. Unfortunately it is hard to translate the meanings in English, but expressions do tell the whole story. This song depicts love towards Krishna by Radha. Krishna represents pure devotional love. this song is definitely not a bhajan, its a thumri. thumris are definitely not devotional they are supposed to be romantic, but yes they are deeply rooted in devotional philosophy.

lastly, this is a bollywood song inspired from traditional thumris. bollywood usually is pretty successful at making a mishmash of anything it can lay it hands on, but this song is not one of them, its quite good really. but the fact stands, its a film song...

This dance depicts Radha dancing for Krishna. If you understand the meaning of the words the song and dance is about, you will understand. True It was presented as a Dance in a Bollywood movie but still ii is Krishna Dance . Every time I hear and see it it gives me goose bumps as it depicts Radha's love for Krishna ( the Raas Leela of Radha and Krishna). you can only appreciate it fully if not only see the technical aspects but the deep devotional meaning behind it.

Firstly, this isn't Krishna, haha this is from Devdas. OK SECONDLY...LOOOVE?! Dance or more so, performing isn't just the steps. It's the facial expressions. And dyam this girl nailed it. The elegance of her arm movements and the grace of her body mixed with that is stunning. A VERY well done performance. This is how classical-bollywood should be done.

I personally think Madhuri is gorgeous and a fabulous actress and when she dances, she is absolutely mesmerizing!
