i use the rose tarot deck, and on the back shows the 5 elements... i am really good at it... so far i have never givin a false reading... im wiccan and the tarot is one of my favorite toolz...

I saw someone put a card down first that they picked out then put the first and second card of the Celtic Cross down I just wanted to know if a person is suppose to do that.

That is a fairly common practice, the first card laid down would be what is called a significator card.

the book i got with my cards said that the 1st card was chosen by the way ur client looks and does 4 a living it said nothing abt earth water fire or air signs can u tell me wt sign goes with each of the cards in the minor arcana cards

Each of the cards has a letter from the hebrew alphabet and a planet attributed to it. The Tower, for instance, embodies destructiveness and is earth centred. The tarot are images, and images have energy, a power in themselves. The Tower is plutonic, whereas death is connected with scorpio (mars).
