A funny thing happened in hayfield(a place near where i live). A farmer was so convinced his animals had foot and mouth he killed them all, including his daughters prize winning goat. They were all tested and was found to be in full health so he got no compensation.

They don't have mad cow disease, people were just too scared to buy them to eat because they THOUGHT they had mad cow disease.

These cows are perfectly fine, if they had mad cow, they'd be seizuring and falling over.

On a side note, in my home town they used to do the same thing, only with sheep.

So what ? After all this what is going to happen to this poor creatures is to be killed viciously . I really hold if you sincerely love animals you should stop eating them . I hate those who're like "oh so cute!" , and then full their stomach by dead bodies of the very same cute creatures !

Beef cattle are slaughtered humanely, not "viciously". If they're afraid or anxious when they're killed, the meat is tough and the flavour is off. So, even if one doesn't care about the animal, one wants them to die without suffering for the sake of the product.

Yes indeed! I've witnessed what's going on in this so-called "humane" slaughterhouses. I have a advise for you . Search "humane slaughterhouse" here in YouTube. Watch the first few videos, and then you'll realize what is "humane" due to those slaughterhouses.
