  • I've been there, it's so GORGEOUS

  • 2:50 that guy running on the left if fucking fast

  • @GabrielIsAwesome

Colorado is #1 on my possible places to move, as well!

  • Better than Google Earth does it. I want to go there one day ..

  • Note -- this is NOT a complete video, but rather edited to show highlights. We live here, and there's much that's cut from commercial district through East End residential district to get to mine. Nonetheless, Telluride is a beautiful place, period, end of story.

  • ahhh i love this town:) Ive only been there once but am planning to go back asap:)

  • @jeepstergal what month did this film take place

  • @jcmadeit Late September...we had an early snow!

  • I live in Montrose and when people ask me what it's like in this part of the state, I always refer them to your videos. Everyone thinks they are great.

  • @Jitterbug200714 Thanks, glad you enjoy the videos.

  • I wanna longboard there :)

  • of beatiful colorado im from thailand

  • Holy shit! I live in Colorado and didnt realize how beautiful it is until now!

  • @AirForce576 how?

  • @TheMochaful Haha, because i do not live in a good part of Colorado and I never get to see this stuff ya know?

  • @AirForce576 where do u live

  • My friend lives here such a beautiful place

  • next time... will you bring me!? =)

  • nice

  • Nice song...

  • Telluride is awesome....i was there just last weekend....just bought a house in montrose!! Gonna be in telluride every weekend this winter for some snowboard action!! I've snowboarded thealps for 7 days straight....and i think telluride is much more beautiful....maybe because it's america!! lol

  • DId you see how fast that guy was running?

  • Thank you for making this video. Because of it, you have finalized my decision on moving to Colorado! :)

  • @GabrielsAwesome YAY! I know you will love it!

  • @JeepsterGal I have always wanted to go to Colorado! It´s such a beautiful and calm place for me! This video blowed me away THANKS for making it and making me want to go even more!

  • Beautiful, but wondering where the hell that camera is strapped to LOL

  • @JanaINJax For this ride, it was strapped to the back panel of my Jeep. Now I stick it on the roof for a less one-sided view.

  • @JanaINJax I actually like this angle, very interesting. At 1:35 I think some people almost met their maker.. probably wouldn't have caught that if it weren't for the odd angle :-)

  • And yeah, I replied to myself LOL. >.<

  • I wish i could go to colorado again

  • Would be a very boring world with one race of people I am a 5th generation in this State and Mexican have been here from the start. Archangel is lacking in his history lessons of Colorado learn the history of the state before you open your Mouth next time.

  • @MrDOWNDABAY I like some diversity as well, it just so happens that every time mexicans or blacks suddenly become the majority, whites leave because crime sky rockets and the area becomes a shithole. Thats just a fact and you and I both know it. I dont judge individuals by their paint job. I'm very aware that all races have their share of garbage. But Mexicans and blacks have a disproportionately high % of trash compared to say whites and asians. The unspoken truth most are afraid to admit

  • @Lavern4101 Yes, that IS the truth. Get your head out of the sand.

  • The Southwest was once Mexico!

  • @MrDOWNDABAY Good thing it isnt anymore, for it would be a toilet just like Mexico.

  • @Lavern4101 up yours i am white but i don't talk crap to any one you dirty racist bastard

  • @aca10871 Who the fuck are you?

  • @Lavern4101 your mom might know

  • @aca10871 How clever.

  • If you want to go to an area free of Mexican take your hateful ass back Europe

  • @MrDOWNDABAY Actually, Lavern4101 is the one with the hateful statements. Big surprise that he's a fan of Michael Savage. I really hope I don't turn out that way when I'm pushing 50.

  • @Superstarseven Truth is sometimes not so pretty. Dont blame me for that.

  • @Lavern4101 That's not the truth.

  • @Lavern4101 Either you haven't lived around the globe (I have) or you're blind to the reality of racial demographics and the correlation of crime here in the U.S.. I too wish such wasn't the case, but to proclaim something isn't true when it is not only true, but obvious is nuts. How many predominantly black or mexican cities have lower crime rates per capita than predominantly white cities here in the U.S.? Research that, then get back to us ;)

  • @likeawhispr Why did you direct that towards me? I am in agreement with you. Predominately black and mexican cities are high crime shitholes.

  • Archangel i think you should just stay your hateful ass in California don't bring that energy to such a beautiful place you deserve California.

  • i am going there in a week to look for a new place to live the mexicans are fucking up California i am taking the white flight

  • @Auschwitz2012 If you're looking for whiteness, Telluride would be the place. However most whites there seem to be very liberal minded, but it's still better than living in a 3rd world shithole.

  • @Lavern4101 thanks ile check it out

  • I was just there visiting. Great place, nice people, good energy, and the place to be if you like the outdoors! Good luck to you.S

  • This place looks like America that way it once was and the way it should be. I feel trapped in California and wish I could get away to a place like this.

  • @Archangel101576 You feel trapped in california because it's turning into 3rd world mexico. Places like tellruide that are 99.% white are like paradise compared to much of ghetto USA.

  • i currently live in tennessee :/ and im either going to move to colorado or iowa i was wondering is colorado a good place to live?? it looks beautiful

  • @CantGetEnough1999 Well, most folks who live in Colorado are going to tell you it's a great place to live! But it depends on if you're looking for a job, plan on buying a house or land, mind paying state income tax, etc. Weather and scenery is beautiful; I would never live anywhere else, personally!

  • @JeepsterGal well is it a good place for jobs?? and does it take alot of money to get a half decent house well actually i plain on moving into a 1 bedroom apartment so are they quite expensive?? or affordable

  • @CantGetEnough1999 It completely depends on WHERE in Colorado you want to live. The ski resort areas like Aspen, Vail, Telluride, Steamboat, are certainly costly to buy a house or land. If you want to live in a city like Colorado Springs or Denver, it is more affordable. I rented a 2-bedroom duplex in Colorado Springs for $675 a month. Small apartments are less. The job market here is pretty depressed, not going to lie...but I moved here 11 years ago and made it work! :)

  • @JeepsterGal ill probally move to denver or a different city but that sounds good looks like im moving to colorado :D

  • @CantGetEnough1999 Congrats, if you enjoy being outdoors, you will love it! Winters are mild on the Front Range (Denver, Colo Spgs, Pueblo, etc) and summers can get in the 90s, but we see more than 300 days of sunshine a year. and the views and recreational opportunities can't be beat.

  • @JeepsterGal i love the outdoors im pretty sporty but i hate hot weather i love 50's-75 degree weather i also LOVEEE winter but just 90 degree weather isnt my thing but ill learn to live with it(:

  • @CantGetEnough1999 Well, I moved here from Texas and HATE hot weather too. However, we don't get 90+ degree weather very often, maybe a few weeks of it total in the summer...But, it's still cool in the shade here. To get 50-75 degree weather you'd need to live above 8000 feet or so :) But it's very nice in summer, with just a few weeks of higher temps.

  • @JeepsterGal sounds good do u know where a place with that wheather could be?

  • @CantGetEnough1999 Well, the higher you go the more expensive it gets. LOL. Woodland Park, and Divide, outside Colorado Springs are higher in altitude but not too bad as far as housing. If you want to be near a city and still have affordable housing AND cool weather, it will cost ya :) Cooler weather begins in Central Colorado and Westward and Northward from there. But you need to be above 8,000 or so. Leadville has the coldest winter but mildest summers...but it's a tiny town far from anything.

  • @JeepsterGal Alrighty well thanks for all the responses i appreciate it alot.I will move to colorado for sure sounds great i will save up a good amount of my pay checks and look for a house in colorado and when i find it im moving in a keeping the left over checks for bills and so on and so forth i hope it works out

  • @CantGetEnough1999 Good luck!

  • I like living in Colorado

  • Nice, just left Telluride yesterday. There was very minimal snow on the peaks but I wish it looked like this. However, it was still amazing. I'll post a video that I took on my channel.

  • I will be in Telluride July 27th 2011. U gotta love it

  • i know it's hiking /camping it is realy fun

  • We love this! We have more videos on our channel as well...new ones are up monthly!

    Thanks for posting!

  • @VisitTelluride Thanks so much for watching and commenting!

  • this is why i feel jealous of my friend who moved to boulder i am stuck in boston

  • This town don't looks beautiful. ITS BEAUTIFUL!

  • I just can't forget you little town! Your will always in my heart. Se you soon

  • 2:46 PRO RUNNER HES RUNNING AT THAT PACE IN HIGH ALTITUDE!!!! I RUN TRACK ND THAT HAS TO BE INSANLEY HARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I love this town!!

  • Such beautiful scenery, thanks for posting such a lovely video.

  • Visited a few months ago and had mixed reviews. On one hand it's obviously very gorgeous. Loved staying at the New Sheridan old fashioned hotel, the mountain was superb for snowboarding. On the other hand the locals seemed to comprise mostly of spoiled rich liberal white kids thinking they were cool for playing rap music and hippies. That was a bit of a put off. Also the town was a little too small, it was more of a village out in the middle of nowhere. I prefered Estes Park the year before.

  • Hey man go fuck yourself and your shitty town. I hope your family gets murdered.

  • @diehardwalnut please don't visit here, OK, my good buddy?

  • T-ride no more better than everyone else-

just a small town. A variety of characters.

Has changed, for the good and the bad.

  • It's a beautiful area but I hate the town of Telluride. Most of the people think they are better than everyone else and that the world revolves around them and their town!

  • that is incredible, I want to visit colorado so bad. I've been to the Swiss alps and that's equally majestic. Thanks for the video.

  • there can be a little too much sun in parts of colorado at time. it does get intense there

  • Nicely done, I enjoyed it. Nice tune as well.

  • telluride colorado is my favorite place on god's green earth. You drove right past the street to my family's house on old toll road near the airport!

  • I love Colorado! It's the best state!

  • Man being born and raised I kinda forget how beautiful it is.

  • video makes me homesick, but then i remeber all the fucking hippies in telluride and i feel better. I think i'll move to norwood and pretend im from there instead.

  • Where is South park :D

  • wow that is amazing im from australia, for some reason i want to go to some ranch in colorado and spend a week, this looks like an amazing place... breath taking :) wonder if its safe for a single girl to go there on her own?

  • @msglace Yes, it is :) No worries.

  • @msglace Sure it is safe if you use common sense. But having a nice dog which has amazing intuition such as an Australian Shepherd or Border Collie helps. As does having a gun. And not focusing on what is wrong, missing and unpleasant, obstacles, delays and difficulties.

  • I live here :) i would never want to live anywhere else. Ever.

  • @johnnybee31 That is a shame.

  • during what month was this taken? i cant belive there is green vegetation and snow at the same time. crazy.!

  • @jdoggydizzle This was late September. It can snow at any time of year in Telluride though! I've been there in the middle of summer and seen it snow on top of the higher mountain passes.

  • @JeepsterGal thats sooo awesome. thanks for replying so soon. I plan on visiting Telluride this summer i cannot wait

  • @JeepsterGal

higher mountain passes? 2" stuck for a couple days in June the first year I lived there, and that was in town!

  • We drove this lol.

  • A nice reminder of how beautiful the clouds in the sky were back then...

  • Breathtaking.

    Thanks for the video.

  • How did you do the camera like this on the car????

  • Telluride has always been my favorite place to spend the 4th of July. It attracts a fair amount of tourists, but it's traditionally by and for locals. Went back a few years ago with my family and got sunburned watching the parade. Then the big BBQ got rained out with afternoon thundershowers. But the skies cleared in time for the glorious fireworks. We watched them from the cemetery. It was all good!

  • Dude that place looks beautiful!

  • I'm always surprised when companies yank their music from YouTube... it's an incredible way to advertise their stuff and get people to download it. I've downloaded from amazon.com or itunes lots of songs that I'd never heard of until hearing it as part of a youtube video.

  • the 7 people that dislike this do not know anything of beauty

  • i miss colorado so much :(, always went camping and hiking, now i live in crappy florida with no snow

  • this makes me home sick!

  • I'm getting antsy to get back!

  • wow how many generations had seen those mountains!!!!!!

  • I want to visit

  • Music is actually "Hey There Delilah by Plain White T's?

  • @08julietkilo Yeah my original song got yanked for copyright violation so I had to replace it with Delilah.

  • @JeepsterGal Lame music companies! Ah well, Delilah is a great song and fits the video perfectly.

  • @08julietkilo

Thanks, I actually thought it was the song they have listed in the description and I downloaded it. LOL But it turned out to be a pretty good song.

  • @08julietkilo yeah and it was hard for me to find out who sings this song until my friends told me

  • I took a tour in Telluride. It was amazing.

  • gosh...i cant get over how pretty it is!

  • i was just at telluride 2 weeks ago!! :D

  • Ouray remains my favorite but Telluride and this video is purely AWESOME!

  • PHISH!!! Telluride, get ready...

  • Im really glad I live in Colorado. Would love to live in Telluride, but im in Denver right now.

  • haha i work there almost every day

  • i used to live in Breckenridge Colorado but then i moved to south Carolina

  • HOME! I

  • I love the Colorado Rockies! I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico USA and I like here. But I feel the Colorado mountains are calling me. One day I hope to move!

  • i love visiting places like these.....but living in colorado springs and highlands ranch really made me dislike living here lol

  • @candidomoattack why?:D looks beautiful

  • @ichbinswida colorado springs is full of.........extremely religious people who almost came at me in the middle of the night with pitchforks and fire on a stick because i didnt go to church.....thats when i was six haha. And highlands ranch, fuck. if you arent the typical soccer mom, hollister wearing teenager,or part of a (fake) rich family, youre screwed. you'll forever be an outcast lol. but this place...yeah its beautiful :) thats why i love visiting places like these

  • @candidomoattack oh fuck..but its here the same thing...christ fanatics vs islam fanatics vs nazi shitheads...but its a really nice place :D

  • @ichbinswida XD oh man. where might this be?

  • @candidomoattack munich....ugly city...maybe i could change bavaria with colorado :D

  • @ichbinswida :O THATS SO FUCKIN COOL!!

  • Hi, it's in the southwest corner of the state. Most beautiful part of the state, imo.

  • @JeepsterGal Man I'll say! I don't know if I can up to 10,000ft I was short of breath(that never happened before)

  • @JeepsterGal im in Louisville the safest city, imo =)

  • Wow that is such beautiful scenery! I've been through alot of Colorado, not sure if I've been there. What part of the state is that in?

  • Man! those views never get old, Such a beautiful sight

  • I was in Telluride area in June 2009. Absolutely beautiful area. Nice video. Brings back memories.

  • Nice video! Beautiful scenery. Come to Colorado and visit our channel!

  • That was cool...Can someone make a video of Downtown Denver, Broadway University area & Boulder. I want to move to Co

  • @jahlyric Why? Denver is ugly and Boulder is looney liberal paradise.

  • damn WTF :|, i wish i could be there

  • i was here yesteday!

  • i love my colorado

  • Beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You know that you are in Colorado in the spring when you run the heat in your house in the morning, and switch to air conditioning in the afternoon. It might be 90's in the summer but very little humidity makes it tolerable. More sunny days per year than Florida. Greatest state!!

  • you know you're from colorado when you drive through a 12,000 foot high pass in four feet of snow, but can't make it to work in 5 inches of snow.

  • I love it, thats me!

  • That's every coloradin.

  • @BigdogWitBigdog i miss it too :/

  • I want to live here !

  • I just moved to Denver area from New York and its much cheaper cost of living!!

  • @hellomynameis151

But isn't everywhere cheaper than New York and California? Denver is a beautiful place and I would love to live there.

  • @thatboiicolin90 I do. :)

  • Wcchalo this place is amazing, u definately want to live here. This mountain is amazing.

  • wow im so glad i grew up there.

  • @partyrat

How hot does Denver Colorado get in the summertime? I mean on average.

  • it stays hot! 80s to 90's on average with consistent afternoon thunder storms.

  • @partyrat

I live in Las Vegas, hot to us is over 100 degrees at night. What is the humidity like? That make a world of difference.

  • 2:30 - Hey, is that guy jaywalking right behind a police SUV?? LOL, probably different rules on jaywalking there.

My first trip to Telluride was from Ouray over Imogene Pass. Since I hate heights, it was a rather traumatic drive - seemed over a thousand feet straight down! Then we got to part of the road that looked new, and the driver said, "This is where they had to rebuild the road because it fell into the canyon". I've decided when I go back to come in from the west next time!

  • ROFL That's hilarious! Way to scare the tourists, dude. LOL
