Yes I had thought of that, I have to do that with C&C Yuri's Revenge as ironically after all these years, there is still not a 100% working no CD crack for that game. But I mean like when you download Crysis 2 from the bay, how the hacker/programmer actually modifies the start game icon to remove the code asking for the correct disk check then re-compiles it into a "Crysis 2" icon known as the Crack. You know what i mean?

For some reason, it's not working for me. I try opening the game's executable file, and then, the autorun file. When I open the executable file, it acts as if there is no disc, even though it is the nocd crack. When I open the autorun file, it says something like ??0gzifstream@@QAEE@PBDH@Z. Please help me!

The exc. file in my game (homeworld 2) is set to "read only" so i can not delete it or anything like that. I tryed to turn the read only option off from propertys but it tells me "Acess Is Deneyed"

You can move it, but for me (and this is a pointer only) the best thing that works, so I can keep my original file in the folder, is to rename it.
