You are SO wonderful! I have a AHA moment. In my family there are lots of problems which I think are inflammatory related, e.g. atherioscleroses. Since I am recently investigating this by reading about it I am sure inflammation is the root. I am going to help my impatient, 'love-to-prescribe-drugs' doctor to stop prescribing all those drugs to my mother and find the real reason behind her and my symptoms ;)
I think more emphasis needs to be put on the potential of mycoplasma infection to create this and nearly all ailments that began to skyrocket after the gulf war - where allegedly genetically 'unique' strains of myco originated.
So, I do exercise, I basically eat a plant-based diet, I found out about my gluten intolerance many years ago, so I have a glutenfree diet. I use olive and coconut oil, take vit D & E, fish-oils, etc. Yet arthritis is crippling me. What else can I do?
@boomtao try zyflamend. it is a great product. not saying it's a miracle, but you should give it a try. i use it and i love it. you can buy it on amazon.
Where do we find a doctor like this, I've been to many doctors not one has told me about anything this man is saying. I've been hurting for the past 5 years with my body burning up and I'm in the same boat I was in the first year of feeling this way. I've had two attacks today. I feel hopeless and waiting to die I guess. Lord please help me!
@Pacerjames Look for a Functional Medical Doctor or FDN Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist in your area. They can run specific urine, saliva, blood and stool tests to identify hidden stressors and restore/re-balance your body chemistry. The results of these tests will help you find out of you have delayed food sensitivities, heavy metals, parasites, yeast overgrowths and/or bacterial infections that are contributing to your inflammation.

@TracyM1974 Thank you so much for your input, I really appreciate your advice; I'll be making the phone call to an FDN for further testing first thing tomorrow. I will keep you posted on the test results.
@Pacerjames That's great James. You may want to identify a few practitioners and interview them to see who you click with best. This is a different process than going to a Dr. and getting a pill that simply suppresses your symptoms. I am currently in the process of doing it and it is so worth it. A functional MD is more likely to take insurance than an FDN but even if you pay cash it is worth it to see what's going on inside.

This doc is awesome his books are straightforward and he breaks down new health info so the non-doc can easily understand, and I think he is right, we eat alot of food that we shouldnt ever ingest.
How do you find out your delayed food allergens? I heard of the Sage-Laboratories who have a throughough testing that costs 1250 Dollars if I am correct (which is a too high of a price for most people). There is the ellimination diet as well, but can be hard for some people I guess. I cannot start with rice and add something every three days, because I only seem to be taking basmati rice well, but besides that, I do feel bad when I go on carbohydrates (starches). I do better on proteins and fats
