Most of the book of Revelation is a reaffirmation of all the OT PROMISES to the nation of Israel. It is not an independent book. Read all Promises for Israel in the OT (especially Zechariah 12-14) before you draw such an idiotic conclusion.

The trumpets are judgments on Rome. The 1st 4 are on Western Rome as the barbarians invade from the north breaking up the empire into ten kingdoms what we now call western Europe. The 5th and 6th are judgments on Eastern Rome as Arabic Islam And then Turkish Islam attack and destroy the Eastern arm of Rome. The 7th is a judgment on Modern Rome.
The woman is the church. She is expecting. This is the Old Testament church waiting for the Messiah to come. The man child, Jesus is born and at his birth Herod tried to kill him by having all baby boys under 2 years killed. The dragon, Satan through Rome tried to kill Jesus at his birth. It was Roman soldiers that did all the killing. After Jesus went to heaven the woman, the church went into the wilderness to hide from Papal persecutions for 1260 years.

The 1260 days are 1260 years. It is the dark ages when the Papacy controlled the world. 538 to 1798AD. The church was in the wilderness during this period. Don't you Christians read Revelation 12, 13, Daniel 7? The 1260 begins with a king being driven out of Rome in 538 and ends with the deadly wound in 1798 when the Pope was driven out of Rome.

Excuse me, I have done the maths as you put it. In the Hebrew calendar year there are usually 360 days a year of 12 months of 30 days each. Genesis 7 says the flood came in 2nd month, 17th day and the ark rested in the 7th month, 17th day and the flood lasted 150 days. 5 months = 150 days or 5 times 30.

You are saying the 70 weeks begins in 444BC with Nehiamiah's decree well 444BC plus 482.67 solar years brings you to 39AD.

Jesus is married to his bride before he comes at the second coming. Jesus comes for his wife at the beginning of the 1000 years at the first resurrection(Rev 20). The wicked do not live again until the 1000 years is ended. New Jerusalem comes to earth at the end of the 1000 years when the wicked are resurrection. A Jew is a specific race, descended from Abraham. The rapture is a specific event that concerns the "church" aka those who accepted Christ, although there were 2 people in the Bible which were "transfigured" and went to heaven without dying. There are two groups, those who were killed for the witness of Jesus Christ and those who are alive when Jesus comes.
The last verse of Rev 6 asks a question, who will be able to stand? The answer is given in chapter 7, the 144,000. The last few verses of Rev 6 is talking about the Day of the Lord or Jacob's trouble.
The Bible is written in a way that you get nout out of a surface reading.
The 144,000 is the group who lives through the time of Jacob's trouble. They live through the time of the plagues and see the wicked dying around them(Psalm 91) and see Jesus coming in the clouds at the second coming at which point the wicked who have survived up til them are destroyed by the brightness of Jesus' appearing.

Exactly! The two convenants were made with the house of Israel. The natural branches that is the literal Hebrews were cut off for they unbelief and the wild branches that is the Gentiles were grafted in.
When I said they failed I was talking about the nation of Israel. God divorced himself from the nation of Israel because they refused to accept Him. The promises of Israel were fulfilled in Jesus Christ. The promises for Israel were transferred to the church. Gal 3:28, 29.

Yahweh is Jesus. He came and comfirmed the covenant with many for one week and died in the middle. He was baptised at the beginning of the week and was killed on the cross 3.5 years later. 3.5 years later Stephen was stoned by the Jews and Stephen saw a vision of Jesus in heaven standing up meaning probation for the nation of Israel ended. The next thing that happened was Saul was converted and the gospel went to the Gentiles.

Most of the book of Revelation is a reaffirmation of all the OT PROMISES to the nation of Israel. It is not an independent book. Read all Promises for Israel in the OT (especially Zechariah 12-14) before you draw such an idiotic conclusion.

I agree that Revelation is drawing from the old testament. The promises were originally given to the nation of Israel but they failed. Jesus Christ fulfilled those promises and it is in Christ that we are saved.

The churches of Revelation are the history of the church from the first coming to the second coming. Revelation 4 and 5 is what happened when Jesus went to heaven after dying for all. He became our High Priest. The seals are a parallel to the churches, they cover the same period of time.

The trumpets are judgments on Rome. The 1st 4 are on Western Rome as the barbarians invade from the north breaking up the empire into ten kingdoms what we now call western Europe. The 5th and 6th are judgments on Eastern Rome as Arabic Islam And then Turkish Islam attack and destroy the Eastern arm of Rome. The 7th is a judgment on Modern Rome.

The 1260 days are 1260 years. It is the dark ages when the Papacy controlled the world. 538 to 1798AD. The church was in the wilderness during this period. Don't you Christians read Revelation 12, 13, Daniel 7? The 1260 begins with a king being driven out of Rome in 538 and ends with the deadly wound in 1798 when the Pope was driven out of Rome.

The 70 weeks of Daniel 9:24-27 began in 457BC with a decree to rebuild and restore Jerusalem. See Ezra 7. 70 weeks is 490 days. A day for a year is 490 years. In 27AD Jesus was baptised and began his 7 year ministry, 3.5 years in person and 3.5 years through his disciples. The 70 weeks closed in 34AD with the stoning of Steven. The Gospel went to the Gentiles.

Excuse me, I have done the maths as you put it. In the Hebrew calendar year there are usually 360 days a year of 12 months of 30 days each. Genesis 7 says the flood came in 2nd month, 17th day and the ark rested in the 7th month, 17th day and the flood lasted 150 days. 5 months = 150 days or 5 times 30.
Now every few years they had to add a 13th month to keep the new year beginning at the new moon after the spring equinox. I have done the calucations and...

Do the math if you don't believe me. Add 30 days every 6 years and 1260 biblical years will work out to 1260 solar years.

I will do the maths for you. 1260/6= 210. So you have to add 210 30 days. That is 6300 leap days over 1260 years. 1260 years time 360 days = 453,600 + 6300 leap days= 459,900 and divide by 365.25 = 1259.137577002053 solar years.

You are saying the 70 weeks begins in 444BC with Nehiamiah's decree well 444BC plus 482.67 solar years brings you to 39AD.
You are 8 years too late and you are using the wrong decree. It took 3 decrees to completely restore Jerusalem. The third decree came in the 7th year of Artaxerxes. The 2300 begins on the third decree and ends on the third angels message(Rev 14:9-12).

Daniel 9:24-27 is one prophecy divided up into three parts. 7, 62 and 1 week. The 70th week follows the 69th without a break. It is about Jesus coming to die for mankind.

The 7th year of king Artaxerxes was 457BC, His ascenion year was 465/64BC. Add 7 years and you come to 457BC. His first decree was given in the autumn of 457BC. You can read the decree in Ezra 7. His second was given in 444BC, you can read about it in Nehiamiah.
The times of the gentiles ended in 1798. The holy city is Jerusalem. Jerusalem is a symbol for the church. The church or God's people were trodden down by the Papacy for 1260 years.

Israel was divorced at Jeremiah's time (586B.C.) Jeremiah 3:8
Judah was not divorced. Jesus, the child, came from Judah. Judah is also the remnant of Israel.
Before Israel was sent away (divorced, captured by the Assyriants), many people from Israel seek refuge in Judah. Thus Judah still have all the tribes from the lost 10 tribes of Israel.

Jesus is married to his bride before he comes at the second coming. Jesus comes for his wife at the beginning of the 1000 years at the first resurrection(Rev 20). The wicked do not live again until the 1000 years is ended. New Jerusalem comes to earth at the end of the 1000 years when the wicked are resurrection. @soWHATimUGLY Do you actually read the passage or just go to some false website? that passage is talking about the 'king of the south' this happens before the sign of the Son of Adam appears.And try to keep up with the term El means 'Mighty one (s), so it should be rendered El not 'god'.The lamb says he comes in his fathers name, so if another comes in his own,they are a deceiver,all the hebrew peoples knew the name Yahuah, his son has part of his name in it period,Rev 12:11 what does that say?

The Christian Bible is a blend of many other "bibles" of great myth. The Upanishads (Hinduism), The Dharma (Buddhism), and The Book of the Dead (Egyptian).
The Qu'ran is just the latest popular story. It's not the last......now we have Mormonism to deal with. It will never end: people clinging to a book of tall tales to be an accepted member of their own culture.

We will be gone before the Tribulation in the rapture. The 144,000 are all Jews (Rev 7:4-8).

I dont believe in the rapture before tribulation.If anything the disciple have gone through tribulation and as said in the bible so will we when the end time comes.We still dont know the day or hour.Actually jews are a symbol of his chosen people,Jews were people under his grace and so now its Christians who became his people.We still pray his will to be done on earth as it is in heaven.

No, that is called replacement theology and it is an error. The Church has been grafted into (not replaced)the jews. Rom 11:17-18.
Jews are not a symbol, jews are jews.
The Church will be raptured: Precidence exists with Noah and Lot. Both were removed prior to destruction being levied.

A Jew is a specific race, descended from Abraham. The rapture is a specific event that concerns the "church" aka those who accepted Christ, although there were 2 people in the Bible which were "transfigured" and went to heaven without dying. This is similar to what will occur to the living at the time of the rapture. You cannot take parts from all over the bible and mix it together and try to make soup. Specific things happen to specific people or groups according to Gods purpose.

The Gospel was meant first for the Jew then the Nations. The Church did not exist prior to Christs resurrection and the Holy Spirit being sent. Anyone who accepts Christ and has the Holy Spirit indwelling in him is part of the body of Christ.

The Old Testament people were saved by a faith in the Messiah still to come. They were saved just the same as we are today. The sacrifical system was only types and shadows teaching them about God and how the plan of salvation works.
The sanctuary was their Gospel. Sadly by the time Jesus came they had turned it into salvation by works. Killing the lamb never saved anyone they were just symbols of Jesus Christ.

No that is not true.The OT people were saved by faith.Most of the rituals were done as foreshadowing of Jesus.Basically they were saved for trusting in the mercy of God through faith.

The oracles of God were given to the Jews. They were supposed to take that message to the whole world just like we Christians are supposed to. But the Jews sat on the truth and kept the whole world in darkness. I hate to be one of them having to explain to God why I didn't do what I was supposed to.

No, Gal 3:29 says Israel is now the church. It doesn't matter if you are Greek or Jew or Gentile for we are all ONE in Jesus Christ. That is all the saved from Adam down to the second coming not just those since Christ.
Everybody is saved by the New Covenant. The Old Covenant was just types and shadows, a lesson book on Jesus Christ. Read the OT it is all about Jesus Christ.

There are two groups, those who were killed for the witness of Jesus Christ and those who are alive when Jesus comes.
The last verse of Rev 6 asks a question, who will be able to stand? The answer is given in chapter 7, the 144,000. The last few verses of Rev 6 is talking about the Day of the Lord or Jacob's trouble.
The Bible is written in a way that you get nout out of a surface reading.

The 144,000 is the group who lives through the time of Jacob's trouble. They live through the time of the plagues and see the wicked dying around them(Psalm 91) and see Jesus coming in the clouds at the second coming at which point the wicked who have survived up til them are destroyed by the brightness of Jesus' appearing.
Have you got Early Writings by Ellen White? The first vision of the book talks about how the 144,000 are a special group. They are the only ones allowed in the temple.
