Actually it is simple, just a bit confusing. For who do not understand this video, just try to put a panel called "panel1", and set the backcolor as color.black, then create a button, set the code:
msgbox (panel1.backcolor.R)
msgbox (panel1.backcolor.G)
msgbox (panel1.backcolor.B)
Then run, you should get the R, G and B value one by one, for black color panel, the value should be (R,G,B) 0,0,0...
