Prop 8 may be gone now, but I'm certain that similar politcal propositions will come. We may have won the battle, but the war is far from over. Vote NO on any future form of Prop 8!

I don't know what schools their children are attending, but I was never taught anything along the lines of "gay marriage is okay" in a classroom. Teachers understand that this is a subject too sensitive and controversial to bring into a classroom. So I don't know where this ad got it's information.

Is it not better to teach this subject in school than to leave it to dumb ass parents and their beliefs. If you believe in God then why not protest evolution being taught in school? Because those things are what the world accept though you may not believe in them. You call it indoctrination, yet at least this way they will grow up to truly accept gay people, while living their own lives, instead of SAYING they accept gays, while working hard to take away their rights.

Wow: I found the report referenced from the NCLR and found the language referred to, "not subject to the parental notice and opt-out laws." This commercial is right on. The legal opinion of the NCLR is that parents have not right to opt-out when gay marriage is discussed in public schools. This puts the to those who state that parents have controls about the subject.
