Why can interviews with "celebrities" not be more like this? No glam, interesting questions, not afraid of pensive silences. Stuff to learn from the interviewed.

Nowadays interviews are way too much "bang, bang, bang, next question!, must be finished in 3 minutes!! no listening by interviewer required!.
