I think that it's a pointless endeavor to try and rationalize things that happened in Wolverine Origins based on what happened in the comics. That movie pretty much took a giant dump on the comics, even more so than the X-Men trilogy. @thrilmaster I don't know, but from what I got from the movie, Striker basically 'killed' Wade's brain by putting that chip inside him so he could do his bidding, hence Striker being able to control his every move by typing in a command on the computer. He himself is alive, but he just can't do anything. He can think, but basically nothing else. Sorry if I'm wrong, that's just what I got from it.
