Not a private server. It was back when stormstrike would stack. they stacked the guy w/ like 12 ss or so (which increases nature damage i believe) and that's why the crit was so high. blizzard fixed it. it was on retail, not private servers lol.

PTR only gives you a choice of 1 race.

3. He has flask's that no one can make on PTR because noone get's their proffessions up.
