You could have a serious handle if you only perfected the moves in this clip. The key is repetition and body control. If you have a burst then you need to practice blowing defenders doors off to gain separation. Or, if you aren't quick then you need to be strong enough to muscle by a defender but that comes from conditioning as well.
It's great this guy posts these clips because they give a blueprint for how to be a legit player with real skills.
